All redemptions at Crown Coins Casino start from 50 SC ($50). You can opt to redeem prizes through Skrill or a regular bank transfer. I’ve gotten funds via Skrill in as little as 24 hours, but if you go for a bank transfer, you’ll have to wait 3 – 5 days for money to reach your account.
Crown Coins is an exciting, slots-focused sweepstakes casino that went live in 2023. Their game library has 195 slots from five software providers. Even if you think you’ve seen it all, nine exclusive games promise new thrills.
It’s also worth noting that Crown Coins Casino has some of the industry’s best discounts. I was able to buy 900,000 CC and claim 45 free SC for $14.99, which represents a 250% boost.
There’s plenty to do with Daily Missions, special events, and tournaments peppered around the site’s beginner-friendly interface. Their VIP Club comes with 2% – 6% cashback, monthly offers, birthday gifts, level-up rewards, personal account hosting, and access to their “Premium Store.”

About Wow Vegas
WOW Vegas partners with Prize-Out to support gift card redemptions at more than 40 retailers. As soon as you win 20 SC from gameplay, you’ll become eligible for a gift card prize. You could also redeem cash prizes starting from just 50 SC, which is lower than many competing casinos.
Gift cards take between 2 – 3 days for processing and delivery, while cash prizes through Skrill are delivered in just 24 hours. If you opt for a bank transfer, you’ll get your money in 3 – 5 days. Players rarely complain about having issues with getting their money from Wow Vegas.
Having initially opened in 2021, WOW Vegas operates in 44 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. With more than 1,700 top-notch games on deck including slots and live dealer blackjack, roulette and baccarat , they pander to a large group of active players.
WOW Vegas is one of the overall best sweepstakes casinos for slot enthusiasts, competitive players, and gamers that prioritize loyalty benefits in their experience. I got 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 free SC after signing up, and I was able to earn 30 free SC courtesy of their first purchase discount for $9.99.
Their loyalty program delivers benefits including a thriving community chat, access to their daily bonus wheel, priority customer support, account hosting services, and faster prize redemptions.
#3 Fortune Coins

Fortune Coins Withdrawal Info
| Avg Payout Time | 1 – 4 days |
| Redemption Methods | Bank Transfer |
| Minimum Redemption | 5,000 FC ($50 |
| Sign Up Bonus | 420,000 Gold Coins + 900 Fortune Coins (9 SC equivalent) |
| 1st Purchase Offer | 1,758,000 GC + 879 free FC ($1.99) |
About Fortune Coins
Redemptions begin from 5,000 FC ($50) at Fortune Coins, but there is no way to request a gift card prize. I often get bank transfer prizes at Fortune Coins in a week’s time, but it can take up to 10 days before money lands in your account.
Having initially opened in April 2022, Fortune Coins delivers non-stop action for dedicated slots enthusiasts. While they aren’t the best fit for players that enjoy blackjack and other table games, you’ll have access to a growing library that includes 1,200+ top slots, jackpots, and specialties.
They also have one of the most generous no-deposit bonuses on the market. I collected a grand total of 420,000 GC and 9,000 FC after taking the following steps:
✅ Signing up (100,000 GC + 200 FC)
✅ Confirming my cell number (100,000 GC + 100 FC)
✅ Opting into promotional emails (100,000 GC + 300 FC)
✅ Opting into promotional SMS (80,000 GC + 200 FC)
✅ Connecting my Facebook account (20,000 GC + 50 FC)
✅ Connecting my Google account (20,000 GC + 50 FC)
Their six-tiered VIP program unlocks free spins tourneys, exclusive VIP games, monthly special offers, exclusive bonuses, birthday gifts, anniversary bonuses (not for your wedding), and even weekly coupons to enhance their range of potential discounts.
Speaking of which, as a new player, I was able to purchase 1,758,000 GC and claim 879 free FC for $1.99. 100 FC carries the same gameplay and redemption value as 1 SC at competing casinos, so I got nearly $9.00 worth of Fortune Coins for around $2.00 – this is a 441% boost.
#4 McLuck

McLuck Withdrawal Info
| Avg Payout Time | 24 – 48 hours (gift card), 3 – 5 days (bank transfer) |
| Redemption Methods | Gift Card, Bank Transfer |
| Minimum Redemption | $1.99 |
| Sign Up Bonus | 7,500 Gold Coins + 2.5 free Sweeps Coins |
| 1st Purchase Offer | 50,000 GC + 25 free SC ($9.99) |
About McLuck
McLuck offers accessible redemptions and exciting games from the word go.
Once you’ve won at least 10 SC at McLuck, you can request gift card prizes through Prize-Out.
Like WOW Vegas, McLuck works with tens of popular retailers to sponsor your next trip to Bass Pro Shops or Dunkin’ Donuts. It takes 24 – 48 hours for your gift card prizes to reach your inbox.
Unfortunately, I’ve had less-than-stellar experiences redeeming cash prizes. You have to win at least 75 SC to request an ACH transfer, which can take 3 – 10 days before landing in your bank. I usually have to wait 3 – 5 days before my funds show, but I’ve waited up to 9 days on occasion.
McLuck is an excellent social casino for players that prioritize well-known games, reliable bonus offers, and dedicated loyalty benefits. I got 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC for signing up. I also took advantage of their 150% first purchase discount to buy 50,000 GC and get 25 free SC for $9.99.
They don’t exactly reinvent the wheel, but they’ve done a great job of delivering the classic titles you know and love to players in 36 U.S. states. Their game library has more than 1,200 immersive games from top providers like Pragmatic Play, 3 Oaks Gaming, Relax Gaming, and Booming Games.
As you continue playing games at McLuck, you’ll level up the ranks of their loyalty program and unlock perks such as 24/7 VIP assistance, personalized rewards, surprise promotions, exclusive discounts, and Wall of Fame weekly tournaments.
#5 Chumba Casino

Chumba Withdrawal Info
| Avg Payout Time | 24 – 48 hours (gift card), 24 – 48 hours (Skrill), 3 – 10 days (bank transfer) |
| Redemption Methods | Gift Card, Skrill, Bank Transfer |
| Minimum Redemption | 10 SC (gift card), 100 SC (cash prize) |
| Sign Up Bonus | 2,000,000 Gold Coins + 2 free Sweeps Coins |
| 1st Purchase Offer | 10,000,000 GC + 30 free SC ($9.99) |
About Chumba Casino
Chumba launched in 2017, making them one of the oldest and most recognizable sweepstakes casinos on the Internet today. Part of their allure comes from promising beginner-friendly prizes.
After you’ve won at least 10 SC from gameplay, you can request a gift card prize. I’ve gotten my gift card prizes delivered in 24 – 48 hours on average, so you won’t have to wait very long before getting a free trip to the coffee shop or your favorite restaurant/retailer.
You must win at least 100 SC to request a cash prize through Skrill or bank transfer. Skrill is the quicker of the two payment methods, and I’ve gotten cash delivered in just 24 hours this way. If you opt for a bank transfer instead, you’ll have to wait 3 – 10 days for your winnings to arrive.
Most of the time, I get bank transfer deposits three days after requesting them. I’ve never waited a full 10 days, but this may not reflect everyone’s experience.
As for things to do, Chumba lists a well-rounded mixture of 260+ slots, tables, instant-win titles, scratch cards, and live dealer games to accommodate nearly every player’s preferences.
I received 2,000,000 GC and 2 free SC after signing up here. I was able to buy 10,000,000 GC and get 30 free SC for just $10 on my first purchase, representing a 200% boost.
While Chumba doesn’t have a dedicated loyalty program, their hourly GC/SC Quests promise a consistent way for active players to get free coins.
Payout Times Ranked By Payment Method
| Payout Method | Processing Speed | Speed |
|---|---|---|
| Cryptocurrency | 1 hour and up to 24 hours | Fastest |
| E-wallets | 1 hour and up to 24 hours | Fastest |
| Gift Cards | 24 – 48 hours (WOW Vegas takes 2 – 3 days) | Fast |
| Credit/Debit Cards | 3 – 5 business days | Slow |
| Bank Transfers (ACH) | 3 – 5 business days (can take up to 10 days at some casinos) | Slowest |
Cryptocurrency = Fastest
Cryptocurrency redemptions are less common to find in the wild, as there are fewer sweeps casinos that accept cryptocurrencies, but LuckyBird and Stake.us are two big players that come to mind when I think about receiving a prize using Bitcoin. The main benefits of crypto redemptions are speed, privacy, and anonymity.
I’ve never waited longer than 24 hours to receive a crypto redemption, but the process requires some technical know-how. All you have to do is set up a free wallet through Electrum, Coinbase, or any of the other software that exists for crypto storage.
Then, copy your receiving address and paste it where required on the casino’s website. You will get a notification, usually within a few hours, that your winnings have been sent to your wallet. If anything, the hardest part about redeeming crypto prizes is turning them into cash on your own.
E-Wallets = Fast
Skrill is the most common e-wallet that’s accepted as a redemption method by popular sites like WOW Vegas and Chumba Casino. It’s not currently possible to use PayPal for redemptions, but if you want to buy Gold Coins using PayPal, RealPrize is one of the few casinos that accepts it.
Skrill is an e-wallet that requires manual transfers to and from your bank account. If you request a redemption through Skrill, you’ll be required to log into your Skrill account with your email and the password you’ve set up independently.
Then, your winnings are sent directly from your casino balance to your Skrill account. This can take up to 24 hours, but in most cases, you’ll see your funds appear in just an hour or two.
You’re then responsible for transferring those funds to your bank account, which can take another 24 – 48 hours. Still, it’s one of the quickest and most accommodating redemption options out there, especially if you don’t feel like waiting around for a regular ACH deposit.
Gift Cards = Fast
Gift cards are one of the easiest and most accessible methods for beginners to redeem prizes. While it’s not quite as great as receiving cold, hard cash, popular casinos have partnered with tens of different retailers to make your experience as seamless as possible through Prize-Out.
Although WOW Vegas falls behind the pack with a redemption speed of 2 – 3 days and a prize redemption minimum of 20 SC, sites like Chumba and McLuck deliver blazing-fast redemptions starting from just 10 SC. Virtual gift card codes are sent to your email inbox for immediate use.
Credit/Debit Cards = Slow
While it’s easy to make purchases with your debit or credit card at most casinos, “Push-to-Card” is a newer redemption method that’s largely available at newer sweepstakes casinos. Chanced and Punt are my two top choices for players that prioritize quick, easy and direct cash transfers.
When you request a redemption through “Push-to-Card,” your winnings are sent to a debit or credit card of your choosing. If you’ve already purchased GC before requesting a redemption, your funds are sent back to the same card you bought coins with.
This takes anywhere between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on your card provider and who you bank with. As a Chase cardholder, “Push-to-Card” redemptions have the advantage over standard bank transfers because they’re faster (and I don’t have to reveal personal info).
Bank Transfers = Slowest
If you’re requesting a cash prize at most sweepstakes casinos, you’ll probably be asked to enter your banking information. A majority of popular social gaming platforms (McLuck, Crown Coins Casino, Spree Casino, Casino.Click etc) support regular bank transfers or Trustly Online Banking payments.
The only real difference between a standard bank transfer and a Trustly Online Banking deposit is the information you have to enter ahead of time. To request a bank transfer at Fortune Coins, you’ll be asked to provide your routing number and account information.
If you request a bank transfer prize using Trustly at WOW Vegas, you’ll be prompted to choose your bank from a list and sign into your bank account via username and password. Both Trustly and ACH bank transfers take between 3 – 5 days for processing and delivery.
While some players report waiting up to 10 days for bank transfer redemptions at Chumba and Fortune Coins, I’ve never personally waited this long to get my funds.
Factors Influencing Redemption Times
Even if you’ve done everything the right way, there are still factors outside your control that can influence redemption speeds. Here, I’m talking about two of the most common issues that arise:
Account Verification
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – making sure your account is KYC-verified is the easiest way to prevent any unnecessary redemption delays. If you’re unsure as to whether or not your account is KYC-verified, open your account settings and look for a button labeled “Verification.”
Depending on the casino you choose, KYC verification can be immediate or take a day or two. Newer sites like Chanced, Punt, WOW Vegas, and Crown Coins promise automatic verification with just your ID and a real-time selfie.
Older sites, such as Chumba, require you to upload proof of address in addition to a photocopy of your ID card.
Although Chumba works with the same third-party security providers as Chanced, Punt, Crown Coins, and WOW Vegas to confirm your ID within minutes, it takes their agents 24 – 48 hours to manually verify your proof of address documentation.
Peak Periods
If you happen to request a gift card or cash redemption on the weekend, this can add 1 – 2 days of waiting to your final payout. For example, WOW Vegas states that they process redemptions Monday – Friday excluding federal holidays (think Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, MLK Day, etc.).
For this reason, it’s a good idea to request your redemption on a Monday if possible. This gives your preferred casino 3 – 5 business days to process your gift card or cash prize uninterrupted. I have always gotten the fastest redemptions when I’ve strategically planned out my request date.
Unfortunately, if your favorite platform happens to release a jaw-dropping promotion that drives lots of new signups (or spurs dormant players into action), you might find that redemptions take more time than usual. Higher transaction volumes lead to longer processing times as a whole.
My Personal Guide to Smooth Redemptions
The most common redemption issues players face:
❌Not having enough redeemable SC
❌Forgetting to get KYC-verified
❌Not meeting 1x playthrough requirement
Once you’ve ensured that these three items are taken care of, you’ll have a much better time with your first redemption and any future redemptions you decide to make. Let’s look at each one of these.
✅ Check Your Redeemable SC Balance
If you’re having trouble requesting a cash out, the first thing you’ll want to do is check your redeemable SC balance. This is different from your unplayed SC balance, which you’ll usually see at the upper-right corner of your screen.
To check your redeemable SC balance, open “Redeem” and look for the balance next to where it says “Redeemable.” Unfortunately, if you only have five or six Sweeps Coins in your balance, you won’t be able to request a prize redemption.
The absolute minimum you’ll need to qualify for a prize is 10 SC at most casinos. Chumba and McLuck permit players to redeem gift card prizes starting from 10 SC, but if you decide to play at a casino like WOW Vegas, you’ll need to collect at least 20 SC before redeeming a gift card.
If you’re hoping to redeem a cash prize instead, the lowest possible amount you’ll need to win is 50 SC at Crown Coins or WOW Vegas.

McLuck, Mega Bonanza, Playfame, and Hello Millions require users to win at least 75 SC for a cash prize. Finally, sites like Chumba and WOW Vegas impose a 100 SC redemption minimum for cash prizes.
If you manage to hit a big win while you’re in the middle of a game, it’s always wise to go back and refresh the website. This ensures that your redeemable balance is up-to-date, giving you a fresh look at how many SC you’re able to request.
✅ Make Sure You’ve Met Playthrough Requirements
The majority of the best sweepstakes casinos impose 1x playthrough requirements on your unplayed SC. This is much lower than traditional real money casinos. This rollover is also applicable to any casino bonuses you’ve taken advantage of. If you’ve never heard of playthrough requirements, it’s easiest to imagine them as a barrier that stands between you and your winnings.
For example, you can’t just purchase GC to get free SC and then redeem your free SC for cash prizes. This would be a one-way ticket to money laundering allegations for Chumba and all your favorite social gaming platforms.
Instead, you have to spend your free Sweeps Coins on gameplay. Whatever you win is yours to keep. That’s why first purchase discounts at sites like Chumba are pretty awesome – when you spend $9.99 or so on your initial GC package, you’ll walk away from the cashier holding 30 SC.
While you do need to spend this 30 SC on gameplay, you’re essentially given $30 in free chips to get the ball rolling. If you manage to win 15 – 20 SC back from those 30 SC, you can redeem the difference for a gift card.
Unless a sweepstakes casino states otherwise, it’s safe to assume that your free SC is subject to 1x playthrough requirements.
✅ Make Sure Account is KYC-Verified
If your redeemable balance is up to snuff, you’ve satisfied the 1x playthrough mentioned a bit earlier, and you’re still having an issue redeeming your winnings, it’s probable that you haven’t finished KYC verification.
If that’s the case, no sweat – this is something that isn’t immediately advertised as you sign up.
Automatic vs Manual KYC
Luckily, completing KYC verification is usually quick and easy. Most big-name sweeps casinos (Chumba, McLuck, Hello Millions, etc.) partner with a third-party security provider like Sumsub or Veriff to expedite the process. All you’ll need is your ID and, in some cases, your bank card.
At any casino, you’ll be required to complete verification before you can request your first prize. In most cases, you’ll have to upload a picture of the front and back of your driver’s license. You may also be asked to take a selfie. This helps the site ensure that you are who you say you are.
You shouldn’t have to wait longer than a few minutes to get fully KYC-verified and be on the way to your first redemption. While a select handful of casinos require manual verification for proof of address, newer social sites (McLuck, Crown Coins, etc.) deliver automatic KYC for ease-of-use.
Chumba’s verification process takes between 24 – 48 hours because they require you to upload a copy of your most recent utility bill and/or bank statement to determine proof of address. Most casinos aren’t this strict, but Chumba’s been around since 2017 and has a reputation to uphold!
Understanding T&C So Payouts Aren’t Rejected
Many players don’t read the T&C’s associated with their welcome bonus, which can be inconvenient at best or disastrous at worst. Before you request a redemption from your favorite sweepstakes casino, it’s wise to understand their Terms & Conditions so your redemption doesn’t go south.
For example, at Funrize Casino, a common complaint from many players is that they’ve only gotten $25 after winning $100, $150 or even $200 from gameplay. These users have verified their accounts by completing KYC, taken all the right steps, and still gotten jipped in the end.
If you don’t believe me, Funrize’s TrustPilot profile will disclose everything you need to know.
Unfortunately, Award Rule 5.7 states that you can only redeem $25 in prizes if you won those Promotional Entries using the Entries given to you by their no-deposit bonus or daily rewards.

In other words, if you’ve never made a Gold Coin purchase to collect free Entries at Funrize, you’re limited to redeeming $25 in prizes (no matter how much you’ve actually won). For users that signed up and spent Entries from a referral bonus, this limit increases to a disappointing $50.
This creates an interesting conundrum where you are obligated to make a purchase if you want to unlock the full scope of prizes that you won fair-and-square. To learn more about how Terms & Conditions can impact your sweeps gaming experience, I’d encourage you to read this article.
Player Feedback Survey on Payouts
If you’ve ever run into hiccups along the way to getting your payout, you’re not alone. We surveyed 284 SlotsFan players who’ve run into redemption issues to find out exactly what the main issues are with having their requests processed in a timely manner. Here are the results:
- 72% of Players Reported KYC / Identity Verification Delays
- 65% reported delays in redemption processing time
- 44% of players reported not understanding bonus & withdrawal terms
- 38% reported issues with Payment options available during redemptions
- 16% reported issues with poor customer service during redemptions
Full Survey:

Why So Many Complaints?
By now, you might be asking – if redemptions are so easy and straightforward, why do so many people have complaints on Reddit, TrustPilot, and other third-party review sites? Funrize aside, A1 Development LLC isn’t the only brand under fire when it comes to reduced (or late) payouts.
“..some complaints are legit, while others just aren’t.“
Chumba, McLuck, Crown Coins, and just about every sweepstakes casino you can imagine has been the subject of an irate Reddit post at one point or another.
When you’re dealing with a big-name sweepstakes casino, you can rest assured that you’ll get your winnings delivered at some point.
Newer sweepstakes casinos, which I’ll define as websites erected in the past year, might be risky for social casino players due to their shorter history and less-documented track record.
But the long and short of it is: some complaints are legit, while others just aren’t.
There are many underhanded ways in which a player can try to “get over” on a sweepstakes casino, but what rule-breakers fail to understand is that it’s easy to get caught up. It’s against the rules to create multiple accounts in order to exploit sign-up, daily, and purchase bonuses.
It’s also against the rules to make a purchase, decide you don’t want the Gold Coins, and call your credit card company for a charge-back. While you might get away with it once, if the site finds out, they’ll certainly block your redemption (and they could even terminate your account).
After social casinos reach a certain level of popularity, it just isn’t worth it for them to deny you a $75 redemption and destroy their reputation. Chumba is raking in millions of dollars in proceeds, and for that reason, they’re 100% safe to use. The same goes for McLuck and other major sites.
This is why I always recommend playing at WOW Vegas, Crown Coins, McLuck, Chumba, or Fortune Coins if you want the best possible experience redeeming real money prizes. Still, any of the platforms we’ve already reviewed are safe to play at!
