Jackpota Social Casino Overview
Jackpota, which launched in 2024, is a re-skin of the popular McLuck sweeps casino. It is owned and operated by B2 Services OÜ.
Despite the fact that Jackpota is a re-skin of existing software, it’s a compelling product in its own right with an excellent selection of games and exclusive Jackpota wheel spins on every game. Signing up for Jackpota is also extremely easy and the software is fast and responsive.

Jackpota is quite generous when it comes to free gold coins via the aforementioned log-in bonus and social media promos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
You’ll also receive a bonus of 1,500 GC and .20 SC just for logging on to Jackpota daily. Claiming the daily log-in bonus is a breeze on Jackpota as you’ll be greeted with a pop-up upon log-in (so long as it’s been 24 hours since you last claimed your log-in bonus). This daily reward is a nice loyalty perk.
Jackpota is quite generous when it comes to free gold coins via the aforementioned log-in bonus and social media promos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. There’s also the unlimited play mode, which we’ll get to in a moment.
You can also refer friends to receive a bonus of up to 100 SC.
One feature on Jackpota that you won’t find everywhere else is the ability to opt into additional jackpot draws when playing any game on the site. Basically you’ll contribute a little GC or SC each spin but you have a chance at winning at some mega prizes, completely unrelated to what happens in the game. Just note that you have to opt in to take part in the jackpot draws at Jackpota.
I liked playing the jackpot mode but it does burn through your bankroll a bit faster than you might expect. For SC it charges an extra .10 SC per spin, which is a large amount if you’re playing min bets. For Gold Coins it takes .05% of your total GC balance.
Jackpota doesn’t currently offer a VIP program but you get some perks just for making a coin purchase on the site.
Coin Package Assessment
Anyone who signs up for an account on Jackpota gets 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins for free. No strings attached.
Jackpota currently offers a robust new player bonus for $9.99. For just ten bucks new players get 50,000 GC and 25 SC. That’s a massive 250% value on SC alone. It’s tough to find that kind of value on any sweeps casino.
Once you’ve used up the sign-up offer, you’ll also have access to a $75 package that provides a 33% bonus in SC. It’s not nearly as big as the sign-up offer, but it’s still a good value compared to competitors.
Outside of those two packages, the coin bundles are mostly priced at the standard rate of 1:1 with dollars and SC. The cheapest bundle starts at just $2 but that’s just for a Gold Coin-only bundle (which means no chance at redemption for cash prizes). Personally, I’d spend at least $4.99 because every bundle from there on up includes free SC.
Below is a comparison table of some of the best coin bundles available on sweeps casinos. You’ll notice that Jackpota stacks up very compared quite well and ranks in the top 5 for bonus SC value:
Casino | Price | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins | Bonus |
---|---|---|---|---|
Fortune Coins | $3 | 2,000,000 | 10 | 233% SC |
Chumba Casino | $10 | 10,000,000 | 30 | 200% SC |
WOW Vegas | $10 | 1,500,000 | 30 | 200% SC |
Jackpota | $10 | 7,500 | 25 | 150% SC |
Luckyland Slots | $5 | 50,000 | 10 | 100% SC |
Pulsz | $15 | 216,875 | 22.50 | 50% SC |
McLuck | $10 | 50,000 | 15 | 50% SC |
Crown Coins | $15 | 500,000 | 20 | 33% SC |
SweepSlots | $15 | 500,000 | 20 | 33% SC |
Funrize | $20 | 700000 | 26 | 30% SC |
High 5 Casino | $16 | 100 | 20 | 25% SC |
Jackpota Payments & Redemption Review
Payment Methods | Visa, Mastercard |

Maximum Purchase | $299.99 |
Minimum Redemption | 75 SC |
Minimum Gift Card Redemption | 10 SC |
Average Redemption Speed | 3-5 Days |
Jackpota is somewhat limited when it comes to payment options.
Currently, you can only use Visa and Mastercard to buy coins. Jackpota does not support payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Skrill or Trustly, which is definitely a disappointment compared to many competitors.
I used a Visa Card when reviewing the site, and it worked flawlessly. I had to verify with my bank through a text message, but the entire process took under two minutes.
Redemptions are a little trickier. First, you have to go through the verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and a selfie.
That’s rather standard for most sweeps sites. It’s part of KYC (Know Your Customer) to combat underage gambling, which is a good thing.
In some cases you’ll also have to provide proof of address but because I verified using a driver’s license I was able to skip that step. If you don’t use a driver’s license you might be required to submit a utility bill or bank statement with your address. It took less than 30 minutes for Jackpota to verify my identity.
Once that’s complete, you must verify your payment method and provide a bank account for the redemption. It’s a good idea to complete these verification steps early so you don’t have to wait extra time for prize redemption.
Finally, you’ll have to provide Proof of Payment (re-enter the card you used to purchase coins). Redeeming coins usually takes 3-5 days to process, and if successful, the cash will go right back onto the card you used in the first place.
The minimum redemption amount is 75 SC (which is actually lower than most competitors) but you can potentially get around that by redeeming SC for gift cards to popular retailers. Generally those requests will also process faster than cash prize redemptions.

Jackpota offers a plethora of slots. It’s one of the strong points of the social casino. I was greeted with a fresh selection of new and exclusive games like Wisdom of Athena 1000 (Exclusive) and Gummy Giga Match (New) in the game lobby.
There are over 700 different slots currently available on Jackpota. You’ll find games from all the major slot developers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, EvoPlay and many more.
You won’t find many sweeps casinos with more games than Jackpota (other than sister site McLuck, of course). There are all kinds of slots including Megaways, Hold & Win, Jackpot and more.
Jackpot play is extremely popular on Jackpota and you can take part in a site-wide jackpot competition or in the Jackpot Play mode, which exclusively features Pragmatic Play slots. There’s also Gold Coin Jackpots for customers looking for a completely free-to-play option. Prizes start at a whopping 10,000 Gold Coins for the Mini in Jackpot mode.
You’ll find all the hottest online slots, including Buffalo King, 3 Magic Lamps, Sweet Bonanza, and Sugar Rush. Jackpota offered pretty much every slot I looked for, including personal favorites like Cowabunga and The Greatest Catch.
There are also a number of tournaments on Jackpota. The tournaments take place exclusively on Playson and 3 Oaks games, but there are quite a few from which to choose.
Jackpota’s navigation is also excellent. The ubiquitous search bar at the top of the dashboard allows you to always find games.
There are a number of useful categories for finding games including:
- For You
- Popular
- Winner’s Weekly
- Game Providers
It took me a second to find it, but there’s also a favorites and recently played tab at the bottom of the screen. Just hit the favorite button (top left) on any game to pin it to the favorites tab. Meanwhile the recently played tab includes all the games you’ve played recently. Both aid tremendously in creating a superior game experience.
It’s a different story for table games. Jackpota is focused pretty much exclusively on slots so you won’t find any blackjack or roulette on the site. The only option outside of slots is Slingo. This is an issue if you are looking for live dealer games, you won’t find any here.
Personally I enjoy playing slots on sites like Jackpota so I’m not all that bothered by the lack of table games. It’s one of the better selections of slots that you’ll find on any online casino.
One other feature that’s somewhat unique to Jackpota is its unlimited play mode. Unlimited play is exactly what it sounds like and let’s users play as many games as they want without having to worry about exhausting your coins (there’s an automatic refill if you get low enough). These are the four games available in unlimited mode:
- Magic Ball Multichance (3 Oaks)
- Candy Stars (Pragmatic Play)
- Hercules & Pegasus (Pragmatic Play)
- Fruits & Jokers (Playson)

Mobile Apps & Play
Jackpota App Availability | |
---|---|
iOS (Apple) | ❌ |
Google Play (Android) | ❌ |
Jackpota does not have a dedicated mobile app on the iOS or Google Play stores but the browser version works flawlessly on their mobile site.
I used the Google Log-in option and avoided having to enter any of my passwords from desktop. It literally took me five seconds.
Once you’re logged in you have access to the full suite of Jackpota games. It understandably takes a little longer to scroll down the page but everything is there. The search bar is extra helpful on mobile. You can even take advantage of the Quick Buy feature while playing to get more coins.
If you haven’t played mobile casinos in awhile you might be surprised just how good the no-download options are these days. I actually prefer them to the standalone apps.
If you do require a standalone app, however, you might want to look into sister site McLuck. The site is very similar and offers a downloadable app on the Apple store and Google Play.

Just how safe is Jackpota to play at? It’s a relatively new site, which could be a concern, but its parent company, B2 Services OÜ, has been operating in the sweeps space since 2022. Sister sites like McLuck have a strong reputation.
I was pleased to see that Jackpota takes responsible gaming seriously and offers a self-exclusion feature, where users can limit the amount of coin bundles they can buy per day.
Customer Support Experience
Customer support was a bit of a mixed bag on Jackpota.
First off, the good: Jackpota supports all of the major support options including live chat, email and phone.
The reality is a little less shiny, however, as phone support is only for payment-related issues, and live chat is just an AI bot.
Another irksome aspect of support is that the live chat is only offered to players who purchase coins. It’s not a huge issue because the cheapest coin bundle is only $1.99, but hiding support behind a paywall is never ideal.
The upside is that Jackpota did respond quickly when I pinged them on email support.
I had an issue regarding payment verification and they were able to sort the problem out in less than 30 minutes. I tried pinging them again during off hours and it took a little longer (a little over two hours) but it was still impressive they responded in less than a day.

Final Verdict: A Mixed Bag
Jackpota is a decent sweepstakes casino that offers a somewhat uneven experience at the current time.
In reviewing this casino I found the sign-up process is one of the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I went from creating an account and purchasing coins to spinning my favorite slots in less than five minutes. It was a completely seamless process that I wish was the norm.
Jackpota also offers an exceptional portfolio of games (similar to sister site McLuck). There are very few games you won’t find on the site and I had no problem finding my personal faves like Sugar Rush and Buffalo King. Navigating the game menus and overall user experience of the site is also similar to their other properties and very easy to find the games you want to play.
I will say that Jackpota is generous when it comes to doling out free coins. The no deposit sign-up is nice and the daily log-in is also very decent. What I really noticed was the significant discounts available on coin bundles.
As far as the negative goes, I found customer support extremely lackluster. The site supposedly offers live chat, phone support and email but I find all of the options lacking. Live chat (which is my preferred support method) was extremely disappointing because it’s really just an AI bot. Phone support is also disappointing because it only works for payment-related issues. Email support is OK but it takes a significant time for responses.
Jackpota is still a relatively new entry in the sweeps market so hopefully it can shore up some of these shortcomings and become a serious contender in the space.
