Yay Casino is somewhat disappointing when it comes to the overall selection of games.

The site is home to just over 400 slots. That’s on the low side considering that some competitors feature over 1,000.

I had a decent experience with the customer support at Yay Casino but I still have rank at one of the worst aspects of the site.

Yay Casino is one of the few sweeps casino that offers no way to talk to anyone in real time. That means no live chat or no phone number to contact the support team. Instead users are relegated to an old-fashioned ticket system, email and an FAQ.

I believe in this day and age that live chat support should be the bare minimum when it comes to support. I also think it’s the preferred method for most players.

In their defense, I did use the e-ticket system a couple times and it was fairly helpful. The response time hovered around 30 minutes in both cases but they got to the root of my problem fairly quickly. It’s a far cry from getting answered in a couple minutes but it’s better than waiting one or two days.

The FAQ is also comprehensive and answered many other questions I had.

Final Verdict:

At this point in time Yay Casino is a bit of a mixed bag.

There are some aspects of the site that I really enjoy but it still feels like a somewhat unfinished product.

Yay Casino is very generous with rewards, which is always an important factor for players. The no-deposit bonus of 15,000 GC and 5 SC is particularly enticing compared to other sweeps casinos. The special offers are also among the best in the business.
