Right off the bat, you can earn up to 120,000 Gold Coins and 10 Sweeps Coins on Zula just for signing up and subscribing to a number of their social channels. You have to do a little busy work but all-in-all, it’s pretty easy. Here’s how it worked for me:
I received 2 SC just for signing up for Zula Casino and verifying my email. This is essentially the baseline for free coins, but you can go much further. Here’s a look at the various rewards when I opened my account:

Zula Casino has a rather standard assortment of payment options including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) debit cards and Skrill.
The platform does not offer any of the more interesting payment options, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly, or cryptocurrency.
I used my trusty Visa card and it worked flawlessly. You will have to provide your date of birth and physical address but that’s the same with all sweeps casinos. The coin purchasing process took me two minutes max and I was ready to start spinning away SC in no time.

Customer Support Experience
I was bummed to learn that Zula Casino doesn’t offer my favorite form of customer support: live chat.
Instead, Zula Casino is limited to an old-fashioned FAQ and ticket-based email system.
On the bright side the email system was very fast in my experience. I had two unrelated issues and the support staff responded in less than an hour in both cases. That’s very fast for an online casino. The responses were also very helpful. So I got hand it to them that their email system is definitely one of the better ones I’ve used.
You can actually get a live support agent but that’s only available players in the highest tier of their loyalty program.
The FAQ is fine. I didn’t really find it all that comprehensive but it’s better than nothing.
One other good sign. Zula is very active on social media and runs contests and promos on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. I love when sweeps casinos do this. It’s a great place to ask questions or learn about certain promotions or events.
It’s a shame that Zula doesn’t offer live chat or phone support to everyone. Hopefully they add those features in the future.

Final Verdict:
To summarize my Zula Casino review, I really enjoyed playing on Zula Casino.
It’s got an absolutely fantastic selection of games (who else has 16+ software providers?) and some of the most generous promos you’ll find on sweepstakes casinos. I’ve already earned over 16 SC during my first week on Zula Casino and that was entirely for free. I got even more bonus SC by buying several coin bundles.
The site isn’t perfect, however. I’d really love to see live chat added to support options. The verification process is a bit of a nightmare to get through (although redemptions work well once you’re verified)
Regardless, I have a feeling I will be logging into Zula frequently and playing my favorites like Gates of Olympus, Fortune Llama and Amazing Money Machine for years to come.
