Our Experience @ Crown Coins Casino
Crown Coins is a fun but somewhat limited sweeps casino. The casino is limited to just slots and you won’t find any table games like blackjack or roulette on the site. Surprisingly it also offers a somewhat limited portfolio of slots with just over 70 games.
On the bright side Crown Coins offers an easy sign-up process, snappy software and some generous promotions. Hopefully they will add more slots in the near future.
Sign up Process
The sign-up process at Crown Coins is one of the easier ones we’ve experienced. The site offers the following options for signing up:

We always love using the social log-in options because they mean one less password to remember. In this case, we used the Facebook log-in, and the entire process only took a couple of minutes.
You’ll also have to provide your phone number to verify your account. All-in-all, it’s an extremely painless process.
Ease of Use
Crown Coins offers one significant advantage regarding their UI and ease of use: There’s not much to the site. Crown Coins only offers slots and there are less than 100 of them. There are competitors that have hundreds of different games, which can make navigation a nightmare.

Once we accessed support, it was excellent. The team responded to our query in less than 30 minutes with a succinct and helpful solution. It makes it all the more confusing they’ve chosen to hide live chat in the FAQ.
Interestingly Crown Coins also offers phone support, which is a rarity for sweeps casinos. The number is 1-(201)-535-4587.
Overall, despite the navigation issues, we have to give high marks to Crown Coins for their support.
Redeeming Sweeps Coins
In order to redeem Sweeps Coins for cash prizes on Crown Coins you’ll have to verify your identity.
This means you’ll have to prove your identity and address with the requisite documents. It generally takes 1-3 days to verify identity (it took us two days).
Once you’re verified you can redeem sweeps coins. Crown Coins only offers bank transfer and skrill as far as redemption options are concerned.
A major downside on Crown Coins is that redemption is set at a minimum of SC50. That means you can’t redeem any lower amount. It’s even worse on Crown Coins because it doesn’t offer gift cards. A number of competing sites offer gift cards, which are useful for smaller redemptions.
