Was January the biggest month ever for slots influencers?
It certainly was for industry-leader Vegas Matt who finally smashed the vaunted one-million subscriber mark on YouTube.
It’s only a matter of time before the celebrated gambler gets his YouTube Gold Play Button in the mail. Of course, knowing Vegas Matt he’d probably take a Grand Jackpot over the Gold Creator Award, but it’s still an incredible achievement for the man who only started posting slots videos to YouTube a few years ago.
Meanwhile Mr. Hand Pay is looking to follow in the footsteps of Vegas Matt with a milestone of his own. Mr. Hand Pay finished just shy of 700,000 subscribers in January and is a lock to surpass the 700k barrier in February.
The SlotsFan Power Rankings
The SlotsFan Power 5, which ranks the top five slots influencers, in terms of views proved to be an interesting one for this month.
Vegas Matt, to no one’s surprise, finished with the most views but we’ll get to him in a moment.
Lady Luck HQ and Mr. Hand Pay also held on to their spots with respectable months. The big surprise came in fourth place where The D Lucky Experience came out of nowhere to draw a shocking 9.6 million views.
Get’s get into it.
1. Vegas Matt – 38.9 million views
What more can be said about the million dollar sub man?
Vegas Matt put on an awe-inspiring performance to kick off 2025 with a staggering 38.9 million views in January.
Matt had nearly 3X the views of anyone else but it was even more impressive when it came to new subscribers. In January, Vegas Matt got 85,000 people to hit subscribe on his channel, which is a record for as long as we’ve been tracking slots channels.
If Vegas Matt continues to draw those kinds of numbers, two million subs suddenly doesn’t seem that far away.
- Subs: 1,000,000 (+85,000 subs)

2. Lady Luck HQ – 15.8 Million Views
Lady Luck HQ is like clockwork at this point. She’s getting around 15 million views every single month.
She’s also bringing in around 25,000 new subscribers every month, which is perhaps even more impressive.
Lady Luck HQ posted some fantastic videos this month including one where she flew on a private jet with Vegas Matt’s crew to gamble at the Peppermill in Reno. She also continued her success at Dragon Link and won an enormous novelty check for over $15,000.
The Dragon Queen just won’t stop.

3. Mr. Hand Pay – 14.2 Million Views
Mr. Hand Pay knocked another month out of the park with 14.2 million views on YouTube in January.
Anyone who follows Mr. Hand Pay knows that he ended 2024 with an amazing session at Foxwoods Casino that saw him hit a stunning $60,000 jackpot on Triple Double Diamond Deluxe.
It turns out that he would start 2025 exactly the same way. Once again Mr. Hand Pay made his way to Foxwoods Casino (did he ever leave?) and proceeded to destroy a bank of old-school slots for over $100,000 in handpays.
Expect Mr. Hand Pay to cross the 700,000 subscriber mark in early February. It’s safe to say he’s starting 2025 with a bang.

4. D Lucky Experience in Las Vegas – 9.6 million views
Where did this one come from? D Lucky Experience pulled off a shocking performance in January to make his debut in the SlotsFan Power 5.
We’ve never featured D Lucky in the Power 5 and somehow the long-time slots influencer surpassed the likes of NG Slot, Brettski and Vegas Low Roller.
Just how did D Lucky pull in over 9.6 million views on a channel that has under less than 250,000 subscribers? It seems that YouTube shorts played a huge role.
I’m not sure if the recent TikTok ban has had an impact on YouTube shorts but it certainly hasn’t hurt the D Lucky Experience as he posted a YouTube short late last month that has attracted over 700,000 views.
Subs: 240,000

5. NG Slot – 9 Million Views
Despite some movement in the SlotsFan Power 5, NG Slot held onto his position in the fifth and final spot.
NG posted some exceptional videos this month (including collabs with Vegas Matt and Lady Luck) but there was one video that stood out from the rest.
NG Slot was betting $625 a spin on Dragon Link machine Panda Magic when he spiked a $156,250 orb out of nowhere. NG called it, “The Most Insane JACKPOT Video on the Internet” and it’s tough to argue with that assessment.
It took place during an epic session at Peppermill Reno and you can actually hear Lady Luck HQ and The Big Jackpot in the background.

Subscriber Leaderboard: Vegas Matt at 1m, Lady Luck Passes BC Slots
Have we talked about Vegas Matt enough in this month’s power rankings?
Just in case it was unclear before, Vegas Matt is the undisputed king of the slots streaming world with one million subscribers. Don’t expect any of the full-time slots streamers to catch him any time soon as he’s developed a nearly 300,000 lead when it comes to sub.
That’s not to say there wasn’t some intrigue in the all-time subscriber rankings. Lady Luck HQ (who’s been on an impressive run of her own flipped long-time streamer Brian Christopher Slots.
There was a time when surpassing BC Slots seemed impossible but now two people have done it. Lady Luck HQ has a firm hold of second place overall with 720,000 subs.
Meanwhile Mr. Hand Pay is in prime position to also pass BC Slots next month. Mr Hand Pay picked up just over 15,000 subs in January to hit 695,000. BC Slots was comparatively idle with 3,000 new subs.
It should mean another interesting month of action in February.
Here’s how the leaderboard looks after the first month of 2025:
Rank | Streamer | Subs | Trend |
1. | Vegas Matt | 1,000,000 | – |
2. | Lady Luck HQ | 727,000 | ↑ 1 |

Spotlight Channel: Vegas Matt
Come on, you had to know this one was coming. Vegas Matt is the first full-time slots streamer to reach one million subs on YouTube.
If you’ve never watched Vegas Matt, here’s the rundown:
Vegas Matt is a lifelong gambler and Vegas enthusiast. He started posting videos to social media in 2021 (it was his son EJ’s idea) and quickly became one of the most famous gamblers in the world. Vegas Matt’s videos usually feature the eponymous Matt wagering extremely high-stakes at casinos around Vegas while getting tips (and some jabs) from EJ and WBG (World’s Biggest Gambler).
The channel has experienced unprecedented growth over the last few years going from 0 subs to a staggering one million. At the end of the day, Vegas Matt is an extremely accessible channel that should interest almost everyone that’s placed a wager at a casino.
Milestone Watch: Beyond Vegas Matt
Now that Vegas Matt has hit one million subscribers, the big question is what comes next.
The obvious answer is two millions sub for Vegas Matt but I’d wager that one is at least a year off (but you never know with how the channel has been growing).
In the meantime, Lady Luck HQ, Brian Christopher Slots and Mr. Hand Pay all have over 700,000 subs and are the next most likely candidates to hit one million subs.
It’s worth noting The Big Jackpot (Scott Richter) just hit a significant milestone – but not on his main channel. Raja Slots, which tends to feature lower stakes spins, just hit 100,000 subs. If you combined both of Richter’s channels he’d have over 720,000. Which would put him in third place overall in terms of subs.
Meanwhile Slot Hopper keeps edging closer to 100,000 subs (and a YouTube Silver Creator Award). It may take a few months but she’ll get there. Finally Oh Yeah! Slots, is within 500 subs of the 10k mark. It might happen in February!
- Mr. Hand Pay – 700,000
- NG Slot – 645,000
- Raja Slots – 100,000
- Slot Hopper – 95,700
- Raja Slots – 94,000
- NE Slots – 46,400
- Oh Yeah! Slots – 9,500
