Born in California, Vegas Matt moved to Henderson, Nevada during his teens, and in the late 1990s, he found his passion for slot machines at his local casinos and has been playing ever since as he found the excitement and anticipation of the games.
Through his research of slot machine strategies and techniques, he learned about the game and used his fascination to create a blog about his experiences, strategies, and tips for winning slots.
Over the years, Vegas Matt has been fascinated with gambling and slots, so in 2007, he started a YouTube channel. However, the oldest video you can currently see is from October 2022. Since then, the Vegas Matt channel has grown to over 293,000 subscribers and 136 million video views.
As well as his popular YouTube channel, he also started to go live on Twitch, where he has currently amassed more than 18,800 followers to see the realities of gambling — but live!
In addition to the growth of his YouTube and Twitch channels, which show the reality of gambling, with the wins and losses of a true gambler, he is also featured on podcasts and documentaries.
In 2024 Vegas Matt partnered with Fan Duel Casino to promote their Casino to players in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia. He has yet to partner with any sweepstakes casinos as he’s primarily a streamer at brick and mortar casinos.
