It’s been a busy week as Pompsie and Greta risked their lives trying to survive Las Vegas’ newest rendition of Squid Game, The Big Jackpot recorded what he claims to be the largest Mo’ Mummy slot session ever filmed, and Vegas Matt became the latest high roller to try his luck on three million-dollar machines.

In addition Lady Luck’s greed paid dividends in Vegas. Lastly, Cabrzy demonstrated why multitasking isn’t always the most effective strategy. Welcome to The Respin – our weekly article series requires hours of Internet research as we hunt down the most exciting moments at popular US casinos.

First up, we have Pompsie and Greta ducking for cover as they attempt to escape with profits.

1. Pompsie Slots Puts Life and Limb At Risk Playing Squid Game

Pompsie and Greta switched roles this week as he held the camera for his faithful partner. They had previously survived the Squid Game gauntlet with Pompsie at the reins, but it was Greta’s turn to carry them to victory. She started with a $1,000 bankroll and $5 spins as Chris observed.

Once the first Benjamin Franklin evaporated, Greta upped her ante to the max bet of $10 a spin. Eventually, she dropped her bets to $7.50 per spin. They lost their entire bankroll, but this didn’t stop Greta from adding another $500 to the game. This time around, they were doing max bets.

Pompsie was reluctant to sacrifice yet another stack of cash, but Greta confidently spent $10 a spin until they finally got free games. The only problem? They were down to their last $55.85.

Greta pulled a $276 win out of thin air, putting them back in the game. Again, they had just $81 left to spend when another bonus came to the rescue. This time, they won $524 and decided to leave before giving it all back to the game.

2. The Big Jackpot Puts His Name In the Records on Mo’ Mummy

The Big Jackpot is known for making bold claims, but this video might be his most convincing assertion ever. He recorded what he says is the largest high-limit Mo’ Mummy session online. Raja put his money where his mouth was by sacrificing thousands of dollars over two days.

He started off with a cool $20,000 bankroll and kept his bets low (for him) at just $75 per spin. At the beginning of the video, he revealed a “fast-tap” technique that he says will confuse the game into delivering more frequent bonuses. This isn’t actually a thing, but the placebo effect is real.

With the luck he routinely enjoys at the casino, all the slots might as well be malfunctioning. His first bonus dropped $5,460 in profits right before giving him a chance to win the $84,000 Grand Jackpot. He needed to match 3 mysterious scarabs, but he ended up getting the $1,500 Minor.

We won’t spoil the entire video, but it’s a must-watch if you like living vicariously through others.

3. Vegas Matt Takes His Swing At 3 Million-Dollar Slot Machines

Vegas Matt decided to test his luck on not one, not two, but three high-powered slot machines with a million-dollar progressive pool. Coin Trio Royal was first on the chopping block, and he decided to buy the bonus for $3,000. Despite landing fourteen bonus orbs, Matt only won $902.

They bought another bonus for $3,000 and won back $3,800, leaving them $4,200 in the red. It wasn’t long before another $3,000 bonus came and went for Vegas Matt. He won back $1,372, prompting him to move onto Dragon Link: Happy & Prosperous.

This time, Matt started off with $50 spins. Triggering the Mini and the Minor won them $6,700, delivering a $1,500 net profit. Matt’s second bonus delivered just $900, but a third bonus trigger was far more generous. Matt secured twelve orbs and the Minor, leaving him with a $6,500 win.

He couldn’t stop getting bonuses as another $4,200 jackpot brought his bankroll up to $15,000. Given his recent hot streak, he was emboldened to bet $125 a spin. Eventually he cashed out $15,018, leaving him with an $8,000 profit.

4. Red-Hot Lady Luck HQ Stays Hot

Lady Luck posted a YouTube short documenting the after-effects of her massive jackpot win, but we had to get the full story. As the attendant dished out stack after stack of hundred-dollar bills, her shocked excitement was palpable. She was playing Buffalo Link while betting $300 per spin.

And what a grand finale event to end her trip – one lucky spin triggered the Mini Bonus on top of seven bonus squares. Immediately afterwards, she got a Minor Jackpot symbol worth $25,000.

By the end of her profitable bonus feature, she’d collected 14 of the 15 squares required to win the Grand Jackpot. Still, taking home $36,900 is one heck of a consolation prize.

5. Cabrzy Spins Two Slots Simultaneously For Double The Profits

Cabrzy needed more excitement than even his regular high-rolling adventures could provide, so he found himself spinning two slots at the same time. He claims it’s for comparison’s sake, but if we had the kind of money he’s flexing, we’d do the same thing. Dollar Storm was on the menu.

His friend occupied the second machine. They both started off with $2,500, betting $30 per spin until one (or both) of them triggered a bonus or handpay. Cabrzy’s machine landed on a bonus first, giving him a $1,200 win. Unbelievably, Cabrzy earned another $3,600 handpay soon after.

Despite floating his friend another $1,000 for redemption’s sake, he won nothing for his efforts.

So much for double the profit.
