Note: Wow Vegas calls their Sweepstakes Coins Wow Coins, In my analysis I’ll use the standard term of SC or Sweeps Coins for Wow Coins.

I picked up an impressive 1.5m GC and 30 SC for just $9.99. That represents a massive 200% increase in bonus SC and easily ranks as one of the best ways to get started with sweeps casinos.

The regular coin store on WOW Vegas follows the familiar 1$ = 1 SC format so a $10 package will award 500,000 GC and 10 SC. You might think you’d get discounts for the bigger packages but that’s not how it works on WOW Vegas. The rates are the same across the board. Even the whopping $4999.99 package awards just 5000 SC.

Fortunately, WOW Vegas also runs Happy Hours every now and then, during which you get a bonus amount of SC (it ranges anywhere from 10% to 25% extra). It’s definitely worth keeping an eye on WOW Vegas for the exceptional happy hour deals.

Overall, I have no complaints about the WOW Vegas coin store, and you’ll see that it compares extremely well to the rest of the industry.

WOW Vegas Payments & Redemption Review

Payments is another area where WOW Vegas knocks it out of the park.

You can use the usual credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), but you also have access to a host of alternate options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Skrill.

I used Visa and my transaction was processed instantly.

For payouts you can use Trustly (bank account) or Skrill. I used Trustly for my real money redemption and it took a little over two days to receive my cash prize to my bank account.

Verification is a bit tricky on WOW Vegas. The initial verification for buying coins and playing games is easy. Unfortunately there is a second verification step when you go to redeem that’s much trickier.

Personally I hate it when sweeps casinos hide a second layer of verification when you go to redeem but that’s simply how it is on WOW Vegas.

When you go to redeem you’ll need to provide ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport etc.) and, even more annoying, proof of address.

Proof of address can be anything that proves your address such as a utility bill, government letter or lease agreement (with a registered rental company).

If you look online this is a major pain point for certain WOW Vegas players who don’t have access to quality proof of address documents. I ran into some trouble in this area as the company wouldn’t accept my gas bill but finally accepted my internet.

I recommend starting the redemption verification step immediately because it can take some time.

Review of Game Selection & Playing Experience

WOW Vegas offers arguably the best selection of slots on the Internet.

There are over 1,000 slot games alone (1,200+ games in total) with support from nearly every major developer including Pragmatic Play, Fantasma, Gaming Realms, 3 Oaks and many, many more (there are games from over 20 developers on WOW).

WOW Vegas even offers exclusive games that you won’t find anywhere else such as WOW Rush (great for Sugar Rush fans), WOW Vegas Wilds of Fortune, WOW Vegas Reels and more.

Sometimes exclusive games lack playability but WOW Vegas worked closely with developers like Pragmatic Play to offer a premium experience. I’d say it’s paid off as I spent quite a few hours playing WOW Rush and others.

It actually might be easier focusing on what WOW Vegas doesn’t offer, since there are very few missing games on the site.

One area that I found surprisingly bereft on WOW Vegas was the so-called instant win category. That means you won’t find games like crash, plinko or mines on the site.

Fortunately WOW Vegas recently shored up another area where it was formerly lacking. The site is now home to a host of table games like blackjack and roulette. It’s also got the popular game show-esque live games from Skywind such as Joker’s Show where a real human spins the wheel in real time while you place bets. It’s a very cool experience.

You might be overwhelmed by the sheer amount of games on the site but WOW Vegas has a cool feature to help you with that. There’s a Random Game tab where you can hit spin and find a random game from WOW Vegas’ massive catalog:

Despite the sheer number of games WOW Vegas is super easy to use. The filters at the top of the homepage organize the games in six different ways: Lobby, Social Live Casino, Prize Drops, Popular, New, Low Spins, Classic Slots and Hold & Spin.

You can also filter by game developer (one of my favorite ways to navigate) or by recently played or favorite games (you can favorite any game by highlighting it in the top right).

Trustpilot TrustScore

WOW Vegas has a very respectable 4.2 TrustScore on Trustpilot. Unlike some competing sites it’s over a very large sample size with nearly 3,000 chiming in at the time this article was published.

WOW Vegas has also claimed its profile on Trustpilot and responds to the majority of complaints. It does take some time, however, as it can take up to one week for them to respond to a message on the site.

So what do the 2,900+ reviews have to say about WOW Vegas? Most of the positive reviews praise the overall WOW platform, including the exceptional portfolio of games, solid software and generous promotions. One reviewer even called the site “beautiful”, which is quite the accolade for a sweeps site.

On the negative side, there are the usual assortment of people having bad luck at the slots. Some of the more constructive criticism addresses some slow customer support.

It’s clear that WOW Vegas takes KYC seriously, as a number of people have had trouble getting verified. More than a few people complained about their proof of address documents not getting accepted.

It must be said the reviews are overwhelmingly positive for WOW Vegas on Trustpilot.

WOW Vegas got a positive review on AskGamblers.com but it must be said there are a number of unresolved complaints on the site. Once again they mostly seem related to KYC issues but it seems that WOW Vegas has stopped responding on AskGamblers. This was likely a business decision to focus on Trustpilot, but it’s not the best look.

Reddit Analysis

The sentiment is less positive on Reddit.

There are some positive posts and many feel the site compares well to industry leaders like Chumba due to its superior game portfolio and snappy software.

There are also quite a few people who’ve run into trouble with redemptions and proper verification.

I’ve highlighted a couple notable Reddit posts below.

First off, u/Pigletnoah ran into an issue where he won a jackpot well over $5,000 playing from Florida but it was capped at $5,000. He was quick to call the site a scam but it turns out that both NY and Florida have laws that make it challenging to award more than $5,000 on a single spin. Here’s some interesting discussion about the issue:

📱Mobile Apps & Play

Approximately 95% of sweeps casinos forgo dedicated standalone apps for having a browser version and WOW Vegas is no exception.

The good news is the website itself works perfectly on a phone. In fact, it will adjust the screen to fit whatever device is being used whether that is a laptop, tablet, iPhone, or Android phone to play.

I much prefer playing on a massive monitor with dozens of games on the screen at once but my iPhone 15 Pro provided a very decent gaming experience on its own.

Personally I’d stick to games in your recently played or favorites so that you don’t even have to bother with navigation. The search bar (bottom left) is also extremely useful.

If I had one complaint about playing WOW Vegas on mobile, it would be the main screen when you log on. It immediately takes you to recent wins on the site and race leaders. I don’t really care about that information when I’m playing on mobile. I’d prefer it just showed your recently played games.

WOW Vegas Security & Safety Check

As one of the older sweeps casinos WOW Vegas has an excellent reputation for security.

Customer Support Experience

If there’s one area that could be improved on WOW Vegas, it’s customer support.

WOW Vegas is easily one of the most complete sweeps casinos available but customer support is surprisingly lackluster.

The biggest downer? WOW Vegas lacks live chat support until you get to the higher levels of VIP status.

I believe that live chat support is the superior method for customer service on sweeps casinos and I’m going to keep banging that drum until every casino offers it.

Instead, you’re limited to email and FAQ support on WOW Vegas. The FAQ, for its part, is one of the more comprehensive ones you’ll find on a sweeps casino and has the potential to answer a variety of questions.

I had a question related to the daily log-in bonus and used the email/ticket-based system to message WOW Vegas about it. To my dismay, they took over 24 hours to respond. Many sweeps casinos offer support that answers in minutes, not hours, so this is a huge disappointment.

The staff was helpful when they finally got back to me but I’ve got rank support as one of the worst aspects of the overall WOW Vegas experience.

Final Verdict

WOW Vegas is an exemplary sweeps casino.
