The site lacks live chat, which is, in my opinion, the gold standard in customer service. I’ve gotten used to sweeps casinos that answer questions in real-time with responses in minutes instead of hours.
Instead High 5 Casino has an antiquated email-based ticket system and FAQ. I asked three different questions over my time playing on High 5 Casino using email. The first question was answered in 12 hours. The second question took 24 hours and the third one (which was on the weekend) took a couple days. Not ideal.
