Easy Coins? My Experience Mailing Letters for Free SC

Writing physical letters requesting Sweepstakes Coins is one of the least-talked about ways of earning free SC on Sweeps Casinos but is it worth the trouble?

If you’re not familiar with how social casinos are legally mandated to operate, you’ll be pleased to hear that free SC is just one envelope away. While popular sites like Chumba and McLuck have a similar set of rules in place, I’ve written the guide to mailing for free SC at WOW Vegas.

WOW Vegas excels even among excellent competing platforms with free live chat support and more than 1,000 immersive games from the industry’s heaviest hitters. You will claim an entirely free bonus of 250,000 WOW Coins (GC) and 5 free Sweeps Coins (SC) upon registering.

That’s not to mention their vast range of tournaments, exclusive sponsorship from Paris Hilton, and brand-new partnership with Atomic Slot Labs. In this guide, I mailed out an SC envelope at WOW Vegas and documented the results. I’m taking readers through the fine print step-by-step.

Why Do Sweepstakes Casinos Give Players Free SC Envelopes?

Unlike real money casinos, sweepstakes casinos let players enjoy all their games for free with Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Gold Coins are used for fun play, but Sweeps Coins are redeemable for cash prizes. That’s how social casinos circumvent existing legal regulations.

Sweepstakes casinos don’t require a traditional gambling license to operate because they host “sweepstakes contests” for cash prizes when you play games with SC.

It’s much like a loophole that permits Chumba, WOW Vegas, McLuck, and other social casinos to operate in many more U.S. states than real money gambling platforms. However, in order to maintain their status as a “social casino,” they must allow players to play their games for free.

That’s where SC request envelopes come into play – while you won’t find it advertised at most casinos, you can legally obtain SC from WOW Vegas and other sweepstakes casinos using nothing more than a pen, paper and a stamp. Let’s dive deeper into the process.

WOW Vegas automatically credits your account with 3 free SC upon accepting each envelope.

How to Mail In Sweeps Coin Request Envelopes at WOW Vegas

Once you’ve signed into WOW Vegas, scroll to the bottom of the website and tap “Sweepstakes Rules.” Scroll down to Section 2, Part VI to view their specific rules if you’d like to follow along.

You must obtain a unique, 11-digit postal request code for every SC request envelope. Failing to include this code will void your SC entry, rendering the letter useless on its own. Open the “Click Here” tab above the site footer (pictured above) next to where it says “No Purchase Necessary.”

Enter your username and email address when prompted. Click “Next” and click “Generate Your Code” on the following screen. An 11-digit code will appear on the screen. Click “Next Step” to proceed.

This is where things can get tricky if you’re new and/or inexperienced with social casinos. Even though WOW Vegas and other platforms legally have to accept SC request envelopes, they will make the process difficult and time-consuming to discourage players from abusing their system.

Take one piece of white paper or a standard-sized postcard. This will be your SC request card. You also need an individually stamped #10 envelope, a black pen, and lots of mental fortitude.

If you live in the United States, you’re sending every envelope to the following address written exactly as it’s listed below. They don’t take kindly to mistakes, so take your time with each letter.

Importantly, you must write everything (including their address) in ALL CAPS with BLACK INK. Here’s the address:

MW SERVICES LIMITED
PO BOX #9402
MANCHESTER, NH
03108
USA

If you live in Canada, you’re following the same rules, but you’re sending envelopes to another address. I’ve listed it below for clarity:

MW SERVICES LIMITED
PO BOX #7456
MARKAM INDUSTRIAL PARK, ON
L3R 7M9
CANADA

After you’ve written their address on the front of the envelope, write your return address and the exact words “REQUEST FOR SWEEPSTAKES CREDITS.”

Here’s what your finished envelope should look like:

Write your full name, the email address that’s associated with your WOW Vegas account, your residential address, your 11-digit postal request code from earlier, and the following statement on one side of your SC request card:

“I WISH TO RECEIVE FREE SWEEPSTAKES COINS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTIONS OFFERED BY WOW VEGAS.

IN SUBMITTING THIS WRITTEN REQUEST, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SWEEPSTAKES RULES AS SET OUT ON THE WOW VEGAS WEBSITE

Again, everything you write must be in all caps. This gets annoying, and that’s the whole point.

Here’s what your SC request card should look like when it’s all finished:

Of course, you can only include one SC request card per outer #10 stamped envelope. All SC requests must be handwritten in ALL CAPS and never typed. You can’t copy your own writing using a printer, either. If a request doesn’t get accepted, they’ll send it back to your address with an email message explaining the reason for its dismissal.

Once they receive and process your envelope, you’ll get 3 free SC credited to your account automatically. All promotional SC is valid for 60 days after your last recorded account sign-in.

Keep in mind that your envelope must be postmarked from the same state (or province) as your verified residential address at WOW Vegas.

Three Months Later… Still Waiting

As of January 2025, I still haven’t received my drop at WOW Vegas. It’s been just over three months. While the entire process usually takes 6 – 8 weeks, recent issues have plagued the sweepstakes industry as a whole. I am still holding out hope for my drop at WOW Vegas, but I’m anticipating an even longer wait.

The “butterfly effect” is very real, and Chumba’s latest fiasco undoubtedly influences sites like WOW Vegas. If you’re not up to speed, Chumba’s full-scale sweep deactivated thousands of player accounts for seemingly no reason.

Upon taking a closer look, it’s clear that players have been trying to game the system for years. Sweeps casinos don’t look kindly on using “automated software” to assist with the letter-writing process, and that key phrase is open to interpretation.

The rules for writing letters at any sweepstakes casino are strict, and that’s by design. Although sweeps casinos are legally required to provide AMOE (alternative method of promotional entry), they don’t have to make it easy.

I’ve received numerous drops for past letters I’ve sent at WOW Vegas. So long as you follow the rules, there’s an excellent chance you’ll get your SC drops eventually. Once the smoke finally clears, I’ll come back to update this article. In the meantime I’ve been collecting daily log-in bonuses every day on WOW Vegas. It’s much easier, to say the least.
