Hello Millions is a relatively new sweepstakes casino that features one of the most unique visual identities of the entire sweeps space. The entire site is enshrouded in a unique pop-art theme that looks straight out of a comic strip from the 1930s. Hello Millions is a skin of the popular McLuck platform (which means it has an amazing portfolio of slot games and jackpots), but it offers some compelling features of its own with excellent live chat customer support, low minimums for withdrawals and some value-packed sign-up offers.
We independently review every casino on this site and may be compensated if you play at a casino through one of our links. Learn More.
What we like:

- Redemptions take some time
- Merely adequate log-in bonus
Hello Millions Social Casino Review
Is Hello Millions a sweepstakes casino or a comic strip from the 1930s?
I’ve never considered that question when reviewing an online casino, but Hello Millions begs the question with one of the most interesting themes in the business. Love it or hate it, you’ve got to give props to the site for trying something new.
It turns out that Hello Millions is, in fact, a sweepstakes casino and a pretty good one at that.
The site is owned and operated by B-Two Operations Limited in the Isle of Man and should be familiar to anyone who’s ever played on McLuck. Hello Millions runs on the McLuck platform, which means it has an outstanding selection of games with over 700 different titles ranging from slots to roulette and everything in between. All of the biggest names in slots are well represented with games from Pragmatic, NetEnt, Playson, Fantasma and more.
Hello Millions does offer some notable differences from McLuck, however. It features an excellent live chat option for support, that’s sorely lacking on McLuck. It’s also more generous across the board with a better welcome offer, bigger daily log-in bonus and lower minimums for redemptions (just 10 SC for gift card redemptions.
It’s not all gravy at Hello Millions. The site is only available in 40 US states and lacks a VIP program. It could also use a few more payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto.
Here’s a quick look at some of the important features on Hello Millions:
# of Slots | 700+ |
No Deposit Bonus | 50,000 Gold Coins + 2.5 SC |
Payments Accepted | Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Card |
Operated by | B-Two Operations Limited |
Online Since | 2023 |
Website URL | www.HelloMillions.com |
Sister Sites | McLuck, Jackpota |
Hello Millions is not available in the following states:
- Idaho
- Washington
- Kentucky
- Georgia
- Nevada
- Alabama
- Montana
- Michigan
- Louisiana
- Delaware
Bonuses & Promotions Available
Hello Millions is fairly decent when it comes to promotions. You’ll get a big welcome offer and decent daily log-in bonuses:
Bonus | Details |
No Deposit Bonus | 15,000 GC + 2.5 SC |
Welcome Offer | Up to 150% bonus |
Daily Login Bonus | .25 SC |
Mail-in Envelope | Yes |
Social Media | Offers on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X |
VIP Program | No |
Refer a Friend | Yes |
Other Promos & Offers | Daily Prize Drops |
When I signed-up for McLuck I received 15,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins simply for verifying my email address. Technically I received 2.75 SC because I immediately grabbed the .25 free sc daily log-in bonus.
The daily log-in bonus of .25 SC is in the middle of the spectrum. It’s actually a bit better than sister site McLuck’s .20 SC, but it falls quite short of industry leaders like Chumba and Zula Casino, which both offer 1 SC just for logging in each day.
As far as other promotions go, you can often win varying amounts of SC by responding to posts on Hello Millions social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok. It’s mostly small amounts like 1 or 2 SC but occasionally they will run some bigger competitions.
You can also refer friends to the site and receive up to 65 free SC per friend. That’s a generous amount of free sweepstakes coins.
The promos on Hello Millions are actually rather straightforward compared to many competitors, which is refreshing.
The one negative of Hello Millions streamlined promos is that there’s currently no VIP program on the site. We wouldn’t be surprised if that’s something the site changes in the near future.
Coin Package Assessment
Hello Millions has some quality coin bundles.
The bonus offers on your first purchase are particularly good. I got 150% on my $9.99, which worked you to 50,000 and 25 SC but the site immediately offered me another 100% match on $19.99. Follow-up offers are rare and that represents over 60 SC for under $30.
The rest of the coin packages follow the usual pricing structure for sweeps casinos with $1 usually netting around 1 SC. You’ll notice some of the bigger packages, such as the $299 mega bundle, offer a slight bonus for players but it’s only 1-2%.
As a reminder, sweeps casinos offer Gold Coin packages for purchase but throw in Sweeps Coins for free. You can redeem Sweepstakes Coins for cash prizes at a rate 1 SC for $1. While not a traditional real money casino, it offers a great option to win and redeem cash prizes.
You’ll notice above that live chat support is a perk available to anyone who purchases a coin bundle. I don’t love it when sweeps casinos keep that feature behind closed doors but the lowest package is only $1.99, so I suppose it’s not that hard to access.
The Hello Millions $9.99 welcome offer is quite good and compares well to most of its competitors (note the significant value over sister casino McLuck):
Price | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins | Bonus Coin Rate | |
---|---|---|---|---|
Fortune Coins | $3 | 2,000,000 | 10 | 233% SC |
Chumba Casino | $10 | 10,000,000 | 30 | 200% SC |
WOW Vegas | $10 | 1,500,000 | 30 | 200% SC |
Hello Millions | $9.99 | 50,000 | 25 | 150% SC |
Luckyland Slots | $5 | 50,000 | 10 | 100% SC |
Pulsz | $15 | 216,875 | 22.50 | 50% SC |
McLuck | $10 | 50,000 | 15 | 50% SC |
Crown Coins | $15 | 500,000 | 20 | 33% SC |
SweepSlots | $15 | 500,000 | 20 | 33% SC |
Funrize | $20 | 700,000 | 26 | 30% SC |
High 5 Casino | $16 | 100 | 20 | 25% SC |
Hello Millions Payments & Redemption Review
Payment Methods | Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Card |
Minimum Purchase | $1.99 |
Maximum Purchase | $299.99 |
Minimum Redemption | 50 SC |
Minimum Gift Card Redemption | 10 SC |
Average Redemption Speed | 3-10 Days |
Hello Millions is somewhat limited when it comes to payments.
You won’t find any of the new-fangled options like Google Pay, Apple Pay or cryptocurrency (like Bitcoin or Ethereum) on Hello Millions. Instead you’re relegated to traditional options like Visa, Mastercard or debit card. If you are looking to do a bank transfer, you won’t find it here either.
On the bright side, the transaction posted instantly when I used my Visa card and it only took less than a minute for the coins to hit my account.
I loved the low minimum redemptions available on Hello Millions. Most sweeps casinos have a minimum redemption of 100 SC but Hello Millions starts at just 50 SC. Even better, if you decide to use a gift card redemption you only need 10 SC. There are a number of notable gift card options including Apple, Home Depot, Google Play and more. I highly recommend this option if you find a partner that works for you.
You must verify your account for redemptions. It requires two pieces of identification and a selfie:
- ID – Drivers license, passport, state ID
- Proof of address – Utility bill, phone bill, bank statement or credit card statement
AI-identity verification service Veriff helped verify me, which proved to be rather effortless. My address was listed on my driver’s license, so I was able to provide proof of address and identification in one fell swoop.

Hello Millions offers an impressive number of games.
They officially list games from over 20 different developers but I found even more when I spent some time on the site (hello PlayTech!).
I’m fond of Pragmatic games so I enjoyed getting my usual Sugar Rush action but I also tried one of their newer releases in Vampy Party and had a great time with it.
Here’s a look at the main lobby:
Hello Millions is also allegedly home to some exclusive games such as Wolf Bananza, Big Bass Halloween and Lightning Clover but, to be honest, I found those games on sister sites McLuck and Jackpota.
Regardless, I really liked the selection of games on Hello Millions. There are sites with more games but the quality is definitely there for Hello Millions.
The site’s navigation is also fairly good, with a variety of useful categories to toggle, such as Top Games, Popular Games, and New Releases. Gameplay is smooth. There’s also a tab for cascading games (a personal favorite).
It took me a second to find my recently played games (and favorites) but it turns out they live on a special floating nav bar at the bottom of the screen. I’ve circled where to find recently played and favorites below:
Hello Millions has plenty beyond just slots. Just hit the Social Live Casino tab on the left nav bar and you’ll see a small selection of live dealer games that are actually played with real dealers/croupiers through the magic of livestreaming.
Here’s a look at the table games available on social casino:
Bacarrat
Blackjack
Roulette
Game Show Live
You’ll also find slingo and instant win games on Hello Millions. Finally there are a couple “Unlimited Play” slot games where you can play for ultra-low stakes so that you can basically play without interruptions.
Here are five of the most popular games on Hello Millions Casino at the time of publication:
- Better Wilds
- Fire Stampede
- Spin a Win
- Wild Linx
- Wild Wild Riches
Player Reports
As part of our comprehensive casino review process, we analyzed everything people are saying about Hello Millions online:
TrustScore | 3.2 Stars |
Reddit Opinion | |
App Store Rating | NA |
Google Play Rating | 4.0 out of 5 |
AskGamblers Resolved Complaints | N/A |
Trustpilot TrustScore
Hello Millions has a rather disappointing 3.2 TrustScore on TrustPilot, although there are only 828 reviews at the time of publication.
The sweeps casino appears to have gotten off to a poor start on the platform (many reviewers complained of slow payout times) but it looks markedly better over the last six months. I’m wondering if they switched verification partners because it worked flawlessly for me.
To their credit Hello Millions claimed their profile on TrustPilot and has responded to 99% of negative reviews with a sub 24-hour response time. This should put new players at ease.
The Hello Millions app on Google Play is a better story with a solid 4.0 stars over 1,700+ reviews.
Interestingly Hello Millions doesn’t have a profile on AskGamblers. That’s somewhat unusual but I’d imagine it’s just a matter of time before the newish site gets an official review on the platform.
Reddit Analysis
There are over 100 different threads relating to Hello Millions Reddit with players having all sorts different experiences on the site.
What I found is that most of the threads are about redemptions. The good news is that – if you’re going by Reddit – Hello Millions seems to pay out a lot. The bad news is that it can take some time to get your money (especially if it’s over $2,500).
The most popular thread is from u/sandymangina81 who won a staggering 526,960 SC on the site:
But it appears this one had a happy ending for the user as he was asked by u/Josh7s: Did you get all your money? And replied
The basic lesson from Reddit seems to be that Hello Millions take some time to process redemptions (especially ones over $2,500) but they always get to it. It also seems the customer support has gotten significantly better over the last few months.
Mobile Apps & Play
Hello Millions App Availability | |
iOS (Apple) | ❌ |
Google Play (Android) | ✅ |
Most sweeps casinos only offer browser play but Hello Millions has a dedicated mobile app on Google Play.
It’s a very nice addition for anyone that likes to play on their smart phone and has a decent 4.0 out of 10 score over 1,700 reviews.
Personally, I just went for the in-browser option on iPhone and it worked perfectly. You get access to all the same games and the gaming experience is identical. You just have to sign in with your same account and you’re good to go. It’s a bit harder to navigate the lobby but the search bar and recently played tab were extremely helpful.
Here’s a look at the standalone app on Android:
Hello Millions Security & Safety Check
How Safe is Hello Millions Casino? ✅ | |
Online Since | 2023 |
Certified RNG | Yes |
Access Restrictions | Yes |
Responsible Gaming Policy | Yes |
2FA | No |
Website Security Certificate (SSL encryption) | Google Trust Services |
Hello Millions will be happy to know the company is incorporated in the Isle of Man with registration number 021483V and a registered office in Douglas.
The site features a number of responsible gaming policies including self exclusion, which let’s players essentially lock down their account so they can avoid playing. There are also a number of FAQs to help assess problem gambling.
The KYC (Know Your Customer) process seems comprehensive but relatively painless.
Unfortunately there are no extra security features such as 2FA but it wouldn’t be a surprise if Hello Millions added them in the future.
Customer Support Experience
I had no complaints about customer support on Hello Millions and give them high marks across the board.
The site features live chat (which is my preferred form of communication) with exceptional response times to boot. My first question was answered in less than a minute. My second inquiry with support was answered in two minutes. Those are incredible response times. I’m used to having to wait at least one hour to get a response and some sweeps casinos take days to respond.
The email option (which is essentially a ticket system) took a little longer to respond (two hours) but I’d probably just use the live chat option in the future.
There is a phone option (a rarity in the business) but it’s only available for payment-related issues.
The FAQ is pretty decent as well and I found several answers by using the search function.
Perhaps the only downside of Hello Millions customer support is that live chat is locked behind coin purchases. The cheapest coin bundle is only $1.99 but I firmly believe quality customer support should be provided free of charge.
👇 Other Sites Like Hello Millions Compared
Hello Millions compares very well to some of the biggest sweeps casinos in the world. It’s actually superior in some ways to its sister site McLuck, which is a surprise.

Final Verdict:
Hello Millions social casino is a very good sweeps casino.
The site features one of the most memorable themes of all sweepstakes casinos but fortunately there’s a very solid site with great casino games under the hood as well.
Hello Millions excels in some of the categories that I find most important for a good playing experience on sweeps casino. The site offers fantastic live chat support, fairly generous Gold Coin giveaways, tons of quality casino-style games from top providers and low minimums for redemptions.
It’s very similar to sister site McLuck but it actually offers some advantages over its older sibling including an upgraded daily log-in bonus and that aforementioned live chat support.
Hello Millions isn’t perfect. I think the customer support has gotten a massive upgrade over the last few months but it’s important the site continues to improve its player experience. It would also be nice to see a few more payment options.Regardless, I think I’ll be adding Hello Millions to my current rotation of social casinos and I’m excited to see where it goes in the future.
