Casino.Click Social Casino Overview

For this Casino.Click sweepstakes casino review, I’ve played a few of the slot machines, spoken with its responsive customer support team, bought a $10 welcome package with one of the expansive payment options and examined promotional offers to give you a more complete picture of what Casino.Click offers its players.

Casino.Click has been in operation since 2024 and is available to play in 45 states, excluding Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada and Washington. As with most social casinos, Gold Coins allow you to play for fun and Sweepstakes Coins let you play for prizes and cash. You don’t have to spend any money to get started, although you can purchase a welcome package for as little as $10 to give yourself plenty of funds to get started.

As one of the newer casinos on the market, it offers customers a good amount of options to make it worth coming here as opposed to McLuck (review) or WOW Vegas (review). So far, it has mostly succeeded, although it’s clearly a work in progress.

There are several different gaming options, including quite a few with high RTP options. When you can get a game with a 99% RTP (Book of 99), that’s a strong sign that the casino really wants you to stick around and keep playing.

casino click book of 99
Book of 99 has an RTP of 99%

Casino.Click is clearly going after a customer base that is used to newer technology with instant results. Customer service was incredibly responsive via e-mail, as I had a response back within 30 minutes of contacting the team.

Just as strong is the amount of payment options for customers. It’s rare to see any casino, social or traditional, offer eight different forms of online payment. Cryptocurrency is highly supported here, and if you’re the kind of person who uses crypto often, you’ll be very happy with your experience here.

However, the lack of a loyalty program is a major drawback in my opinion. I like to gain rewards for continuing to play, as I know that sooner or later, you’re going to hit a cold streak. When I’m getting a loyalty bonus, at least I’m still collecting points when the random number generator isn’t on my side.

At Casino.Click, there’s nothing. The daily bonus is also a little weird: it’s tied to a game instead of automatically coming to you as SC. If you don’t like the game that it’s tied to for that time period, you’re stuck playing it anyway to get your bonus Sweepstakes Coins.

Casino.Click social casino has some work to do with its promotional options. It does grant free play on a daily basis, but only on one specific game that changes over time. This is a nice way to introduce players to different games in a free-to-play situation and give them a chance to earn SC at the same time. When I got my bonus, the game available was Patrick vs. Joker, a Playnetic slot that features two bonus game options.

casino click bonus game

The bonus gave me 10 plays on the slot, which wasn’t enough on its own to trigger either bonus. As it was, I won a mere 0.20 SC in my 10 plays, which is probably atypical for a 96% RTP slot, but does emphasize how this bonus is at the mercy of the RNG.

Triggering the bonus on this game changes the equation considerably, but you’ll usually have to spend some of your SC to get there. I did and ultimately won back what I had spent playing, but that’s a bit of a problem to have to keep playing to make your bonus worth much. It’s especially true with this game, because your accumulated bonus progress resets if you exit the slot. That’s not true on every slot at Casino.Click, so it’s a good idea to play the bonus slot with Gold Coins before using your bonus if the bonus is on a slot you’re unfamiliar with playing.

casino click mega jackpot

Besides this, you’ll either need to purchase SC or obtain them through the mail. There isn’t another good way to get SC, and you’ll need to get very lucky with the RNG to get much off of this daily bonus. Adding a few more promotions would be a big step forward for Casino.Click.

The welcome bonus is above average, as it provides a good amount of Gold Coins and a full 100% increase on Sweepstakes Coins, which is what you really want. There is one problem, and that’s the relatively high minimum bets for SC play. The lowest amount I found for any SC play was 0.20 SC per play, which means 20 SC might not last all that long.

casino click sot play

There’s only one level for your welcome bonus, and it comes when you spend $10. I’d recommend purchasing the $10 package for your first package and then making a minimum deposit of $10 for every subsequent deposit. There is a package available for $2, but it only gets you 20,000 Gold Coins and no Sweepstakes Coins.

There is a slight bonus of 5% if you purchase a package of at least $100, but that’s a pretty tough ask for most players. If you can afford to wait to purchase a larger package, I’d save up to at least $100 for each buy so that you get the bonus, but otherwise, I’d simply take the 1:1 ratio of money spent to Sweepstakes Coins.

If you love using new-school payments, you will be very happy with Casino.Click Sweepstakes Casino’s payment system. Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin and other crypto options are available for both purchases and redemptions. Even better for crypto fans, redemptions process faster with crypto than with more traditional forms of payment. If you try to redeem via crypto, you can count on the redemption to arrive within 24 hours.

You can still make a purchase with a credit card or debit card, and I opted to go with the tried-and-true method of purchasing with a debit card. Initially, I had a slight hiccup because of the site having a small issue, but I got it through on the second attempt. The funds landed in my account right away once the payment went through, and I was able to start playing immediately.

This wasn’t a problem because of needing to contact my bank or any issue with funds. This was a one-time issue with the site, and it went through on the second attempt. Once it happened, I immediately got the bonus in my account and got started right away. Even though redeeming your credits isn’t as quick with traditional payment methods, it still happens fast; I got mine in 48 hours.

For a relatively new entrant to the sweepstakes casino world, Casino.Click has a rather strong gaming library when compared to other online casinos. All 24 of its exclusive titles are Playnetic titles, such as Max Catch, Osiris Fortune and Medusa’s Fury. These games are fairly recent creations with a bright, pleasing interface and several bonus options available.

casino click strong gaming library

For example, while playing Max Catch, I hit multiple bonuses where the game would highlight the row before the spin was complete, indicating that the fisherman would replace that row with his catch of the day. It was a fairly immersive experience and showed off why Casino.Click is a popular option for slot players: the gaming library is a lot of fun.

Many of the games also have a fairly high RTP, with some going well above the standard of 96.5%. Marching Legions, for example, boasts an RTP of 98.3%, and the RNG delivered on that instantly in my play experience. On my first pull of the slot, I won 1.65 times my Gold Coin bet, based off the slot’s gimmick of the wild symbols marching across the five reels until they reached the end of the screen. When I play any slot, I always enjoy a fun experience with a solid RTP, so this game was a great choice and one I’ll probably play regularly.

casino click coin package

Of course, not every slot’s RTP is above that 96.2% minimum, but even those that fall under offer a lot of value. Some of my biggest SC wins came off a lower RTP slot, Sweets and Hits, a remove symbols slot that was both well-designed and fun to play. There’s a great mix of different themes and different values for slot play, and you’ll probably never run out of options for slot play. There’s also a nice amount of variety among gaming developers. I quickly found titles from Playnetic, Fantasma, 4 the Player and Relax Gaming that I could see myself returning to time and time again.

One thing I would like to see more of from Casino.Click is table games. Table games aren’t usually the reason that people go to social casinos, but it’s still nice to see games such as blackjack or roulette available. Maybe it’s because Casino.Click is still too new to have these games set up, but none of these options were available.

casino click table games

I was able to find one exception to the abundance of slots, but it wasn’t really a traditional table game. Instead, this was a game where I could predict whether a die roll would land anywhere between 1 and 100. This game allowed players to set the odds themselves by choosing the range of where the die could land. For instance, on one roll, I set the odds so that I would have a 70% chance of victory. As long as the die landed in the 70% I had covered, I would win, at a payout adjusted for where I had set the odds. It’s a simple game in a sea of modern options, and it proved a great option for when I wanted to simply play through my promotional SC.

casono click simple game

My other main issue is that it can be difficult to play through your promotional stack of SC and come out the other side. With relatively high minimum bets, it can be challenging to maintain your amount of SC on some of the higher volatility games. If you get a lucky hit, you can play for a while, but as any slot player knows, there will always be moments when things go cold. My best advice is to either bet small at first until you have a chance to build up your stack of SC, or spring for a bonus game right off the bat. Several of the slots at Casino.Click let you buy your way into the bonus without having to wait for the RNG, and it’s easy to see why. The bonus games are usually the best part of the experience, and having that option lets anyone enjoy them whenever they want.

Trustpilot TrustScore

Casino.Click Social Casino has average ratings on TrustPilot, earning 3 stars out of 5. It has not verified on TrustPilot, although it has claimed its profile and it has responded to 70% of negative reviews. Most people tend to be unhappy with the site’s need for maintenance services, something that tends to come in often in a site’s early days. The majority of reviews have either been highly positive or highly negative, resulting in the average rating.

There are no ratings on either the App Store or Google Play, as there isn’t yet an available app through either one. Casino.Click is available on AskGamblers, but it has not had any complaints come in to this point. Considering it launched in December 2024, that’s unsurprising.

Reddit Analysis

The sentiment on Reddit leans negative, mainly because of people frustrated with the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. It appears that when customers have gone through the KYC process early, they’ve had a positive experience, while negative experiences have come after trying to go through the KYC process following a big win.

In general, customers are more positive after going through the process of redeeming a newer-style currency. Dry_Twist_9670 said that the process was annoying, but having a crypto redemption option made things much easier.

Spirited-Photograph1 admitted that they had issues verifying their bank account, but had been winning regularly and could redeem with ease once the bank account issues got resolved.

Casino.Click Social Casino doesn’t have anything available for app options. But if you have your mobile device set to request a mobile website, you can easily play games on the go. I loaded up Osiris Fortune while on my phone and was impressed at how good the game looked and how smoothly it played.

Be warned: Casino.Click will not work properly if you don’t have the mobile version of the website set up, as the games are optimized to play on the mobile version. As long as you have that in place, though, you can enjoy yourself.

Casino.Click Security & Safety Check

Casino.Click complies with laws and restrictions and has a secure website backed by some of the biggest names in the industry. In addition to its SSL security certificate, it’s backed by Norton, one of the leaders in internet security. It uses a random number generator for all of its games, and it strictly blocks registration in the states where it isn’t legally available.

To redeem your winnings, you’ll have to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes verifying your method of redemption as well as providing your name, address, date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security Number. Although the KYC process has frustrated some customers, it’s overall a good thing because it prevents anyone from accessing the site that’s underage or out of jurisdiction.

Customer Support Experience

The overall sentiment of Casino.Click’s customer support experience has depended entirely on whether the customer was trying to complete the KYC process. As long as you’re not attempting to do that, the customer support experience has been highly positive, which matches my own experiences. I e-mailed Casino.Click’s team with a question and got a response back within 30 minutes. Other customers say that their experiences had a similar turnaround time, and even those who had problems with the KYC process still found the support team to be helpful and responsive.

There’s an FAQ page where you can search for any question, as well as an online support option and a customer support phone number. If you’ve got a question, you’ll have plenty of ways to find assistance.

Final Verdict

Casino.Click Social Casino is far from a finished product, but it offers plenty to customers right now. Its robust game library and rotating SC bonus lets customers quickly get acquainted with a wide variety of titles, and its games all look and play smoothly. There’s a good mix of high RTP options, different levels of volatility and several different themes that can satisfy slot players of all levels.

It’s also incredibly easy to get started and make your first purchase. Whenever you’re a new player in an established industry, you have to make it easy for customers to get to know you. Casino.Click has done a great job of meeting newer players where they are by offering an abundance of payment options. It doesn’t matter whether you prefer crypto or traditional payment options; you have an easy way to make a purchase and to redeem your winnings.

It’s also really nice to have a customer support team that you can count on when needed. When you can get a response to your questions in under an hour, it makes the overall experience that much better.

Where Casino.Click falls behind its competitors is the lack of a loyalty bonus and its cumbersome KYC process. These are things that can get ironed out over time, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see that happen. When you’re just getting started, your main thing is to give customers a reason to try you out first and make sure they like you enough to stick around. Once you’ve established those two things, then you can worry about rewarding them for sticking around.Overall, this is a solid new entry in the sweepstakes casino market that gives players plenty of reasons to explore their gaming library. It’s got some work to do to move into the top tier of social casinos, but for a newer entry to the market, there’s a lot to like about what’s already available.
