Ruby Sweeps opened shop in March 2024, and they’ve advertised their brand as a beginner’s platform over the past nine months. While their game selection needs some work, frequent Emeralds (Sweepstakes Coins or SC) jackpots and strong bonuses guarantee a well-rounded experience for slots and bingo players.
In this Ruby Sweeps review, I’m documenting my experience with the platform from a player’s point of view. I created a new account, played all the games on their website, bought GC, got in touch with support, redeemed SC prizes, and tested out their interface with multiple devices.
Even though it’s possible for players to redeem prizes using Emeralds (SC), you can play all the games on their website for free using Gold Coins. Gold Coins (GC) have zero redemption value.

Ruby Sweeps Social Casino Overview
Ruby Sweeps is a sweepstakes casino authorized to operate in 40 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. The site went live in March 2024 under Ruby Play Network Limited. It takes seconds to create a new account, get bonuses, and start playing slots/bingo. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of signing up.
They have a different name for Sweeps Coins (SC) than competing sites. You’ll compete for real cash prizes by using Emeralds to play their games. Emeralds that you win during gameplay are redeemable for ACH transfers. They grant $1.00 USD in prize value to every hard-won Emerald. For the sake of consistency, we’ll refer to Emeralds as SC in this review.
I received a starting bonus of 20,000 GC and 0.5 free SC (Emeralds) immediately after creating my account with the platform. I also spun their Mystery Bonus Wheel every day for my chance to earn a max of 50,000 GC and 15 free SC. Lastly, they opened “Ruby Rewards” in some U.S. states recently.
If you happen to live in a state where Ruby Rewards are available (Fact Checked: there’s no list anywhere on the Internet), you can exchange the points you receive for GC bundles. They’re otherwise quite vague in terms of explaining how the system works, especially since I couldn’t sign up myself.
With just twenty-five slots and bingo games in total, Ruby Sweeps prides their brand on being exclusive rather than versatile. Most players will shy away from Ruby Sweeps because their game selection is woefully inadequate compared to Chumba/McLuck, which host 250+ games.
They primarily cater to beginners, once-in-a-while slot players, and bingo enthusiasts. Still, you won’t find much wiggle room should you ever need a change of pace from their weekly jackpots.
“Big Bank Bingo” and a single game of “Aces High Stud” are their two sole specialties.

💰 Bonuses & Promotions Available
Ruby Sweeps is giving all new players a free starting bonus of 20,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 0.5 free Sweeps Coins (SC) as soon as they register. Their 100% purchase boost is applicable to your first purchase of $9.99 or $19.99. Use the promo code “WELCOME” to claim a double GC + SC casino bonus.
Randomized daily wheel spins, jackpot slots tournaments, and their Ruby Rewards program are designed for slot players who appreciate continuous promotions. Let’s take a look at what I saw:
Bonus | Details |
No Deposit Bonus | 20,000 GC + 0.5 free Emeralds (SC) |
🎁 Welcome Bonus | 100% bonus on your first purchase of $9.99 or $19.99 (WELCOME) |

Refer-A-Friend | Up to 25 free Emeralds per friend |
Other Promos | Weekly Jackpot Tournaments |
After claiming 20,000 free Gold Coins and 0.5 free Emeralds as a new player, I clicked “Spin Now” under the “Daily Spin” header from their Lobby page. I only won 30,000 GC + 1 free SC, but players could win up to 50,000 GC + 15 free SC daily. I came back the next day to win 50k GC and 5 free SC.
There’s no guaranteed consistency between daily bonuses, but you’re guaranteed a minimum prize of 20,000 GC and 0.5 free SC from spinning the Wheel. Their weekly jackpots took place on “Tree Bears” and “Pool Party Ducky,” both of which were earmarked as tournament-eligible.
Every week, five lucky GC and SC players take home any of four Mini, Major, Mega, or Grand Jackpots. At the time of my review, I was competing for a top jackpot prize of 637.82 Emeralds.
Tournaments are otherwise non-existent, but they host fairly routine giveaways on social media. Follow Ruby Sweeps on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X) to win free coin bundles, GC and Emeralds. All I had to do was answer a trivia-based question about which option I would select:
In my personal opinion and experience, Ruby Sweeps’ referral package is as fair as they come. As you invite each friend, they must become KYC-verified. If your verified friend spends $9.99 on a GC purchase, they’ll get an extra 10,000 GC and 10 free SC on top of their purchased package.
As the referrer, you’ll claim 25 free Emeralds per friend. Best of all, there’s no limit on how many friends you can invite until January 31, 2025. I claimed 25 free Emeralds just a few minutes after my KYC-verified coworker made a qualifying GC purchase. They also received free GC and SC.
Last but not least in the perks department, Ruby Sweeps has launched a new program called “Ruby Rewards.” I tried to sign up but was blocked from doing so. This program isn’t yet available in all the states where Ruby Sweeps legally operates. Your points can be swapped for free GC and SC bundles.
Coin Package Assessment
I was presented with six total GC packages when I opened Ruby Sweeps’ purchase menu, but I love their first purchase bonus. Use the promo code WELCOME on their GC bundles priced at $9.99 or $19.99, respectively. You’ll receive double the GC and Emeralds you would normally.
Open the package you’d like to purchase, then insert this promo code at the bottom of the page. Tick both boxes to agree to Ruby Sweeps’ T&C’s and Privacy Policy before making a purchase. You’re eligible for a 100% boost at Ruby Sweeps, putting them towards the upper half of our list.
For clarity’s sake, Emeralds and SC are interchangeable terms. One Emerald holds $1 USD in prize redemption value. At competing platforms like Chumba, 1 SC carries $1.00 in prize value.

Ruby Sweeps Payments and Redemption Review

Ruby Sweeps accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for credit card purchases. I checked the mobile website on my iPhone, but I didn’t notice alternate tabs for Apple Pay/Google Pay. Their $4.99 purchase minimum is unattractive considering Chumba’s least expensive GC pack costs $0.50.
In my experience, making purchases and redeeming your 100% boost is super easy. I clicked the “Purchase” button, selected their $9.99 package, and ticked both checkboxes to agree to Ruby’s T&C’s and Privacy Policy. I typed “WELCOME” on the promo bubble before clicking “Pay Now.”
I was prompted to enter my card number, expiry date, CVV code, full name, and billing address prior to finalizing my purchase. I received 20,000 GC and 20 free SC thanks to the 100% boost I’d activated earlier. GC/SC were sent to my balance instantly, so there’s no delay after the fact.
After a few days of gameplay, I toggled over to “Redeem” using the left sidebar to initiate a redemption request. I wanted to earn my 50 SC prize, but I had to complete verification first. I clicked “Start Now” to snap a selfie, and I sent in my bank statement as proof of address. They also take utility bills no older than 1 year.
Once finished, check your email for a notification saying you’ve been fully KYC-verified. I waited for just under ten minutes before getting the “all-clear” from Ruby Sweeps. I went back, entered the number of SC I wanted to redeem, and entered my routing/account number when prompted.
You must win at least 50 Emeralds (SC) during gameplay before qualifying for a payout. At the moment, they don’t offer gift card redemptions. I received my ACH prize 12 hours later. One redeemable Emerald has $1.00 USD in prize value, so I ended up with $50 I didn’t have before.
Unplayed Emeralds, such as those won during a free bonus spin, have a 1x playthrough. You’ll have to spend all your Emeralds on gameplay before redeeming up to 4,999 Emeralds at once.
Most casinos allow players to redeem 10,000 SC per day, so Ruby Sweeps needs to step it up. I also wish they’d offer gift card prizes with a lower minimum, such as McLuck’s 10 SC minimum.

Game Types | Slot Games, Bingo, Jackpot |
Ruby Sweeps’ game selection is very obviously their weakest link. They feature a grand total of 23 in-house slots, one bingo variant, and “Aces High Stud” with no options for table or specialty players. Live dealer games are non-existent so you’re only getting slots, two jackpots and bingo.
Competing sites like Chumba, McLuck, Hello Millions, and WOW Vegas feature hundreds if not thousands of diverse, casino games. Unless you’re looking for something new, I’d stray away from recommending this online casino. It’s mostly designed for new slots and bingo enthusiasts.
I was able to see my GC/Emeralds balance, Ruby Rewards sign-up link, purchase menu, profile settings, redemption/verification page, activity history, responsible gaming tools and links to their socials using the left sidebar. No matter where you are on the site, the left sidebar won’t move.
Additionally, search filters aren’t necessary to find your way around their library. They list all their titles front-and-center as soon as you log in, guaranteeing a no-frills gaming experience.
You’ll play all the games at Ruby Sweeps using the virtual currencies Gold Coins (GC) or Emeralds (Sweeps Coins).
GC are used for entertainment, but Emeralds are used to participate in sweeps contests for real cash prizes. Here’s my view of their moving, promotional banners and game library on desktop:
Unfortunately, you cannot see your recently played games. I thought there might at least be a favorites tab, but that was also missing.
I was hoping for a more comprehensive UI and library, but there isn’t much to organize in the first place. Four differently-sized GC and Emerald Jackpots can be won from just two of their games.
I played “Tree Bears” and “Pool Party Ducky” to participate in Ruby Sweeps’ jackpot tourneys. I won absolutely nothing, but I tried my best. I wish they’d host more tournaments outside socials, but GC/SC giveaways are by and large the most attractive promotion offered by Ruby Sweeps.
I at least enjoyed realistic spin mechanics, true-to-life animations, and immersive sound effects with every spin. At the time of my review, their Emerald Mega Jackpot was larger than their SC Grand Prize. Winning the Mega would get me 665.71 Emeralds, but the Grand was 438.76 SC.
I switched over to GC mode before taking a stab at “Pool Party Ducky.” I competed for a 439 GC grand jackpot, but their 666.09 GC Mega Jackpot once again tipped the scales by comparison.
A handful of their games promise 150x or even 250x win multipliers, the most notable being a featured machine by the name of “Gem Booster.” My first spin delivered a 3.5x win, giving me 350 GC to keep the action going on a 100 GC spin. “The Ruby Races” has a 1,000x multiplier.
I dived into Aces High Stud, but I wasn’t impressed by the random nature of cards being drawn. Each round ends immediately after your hand is dealt – in order to win, you must have five of a kind, five Aces, or a royal flush. There’s no equivalent for blackjack, baccarat, roulette or cards.
Last but not least, I played “Big Bank Bingo.” This has to be the most fun game in their selection by far – I got not one, not two but three connected rows of five symbols as the virtual announcer called letters/numbers in rapid-style fashion.
At the conclusion of my round, I was prompted to select one of four mystery pigs to reveal a GC prize. Unfortunately, I pocketed just 280 GC for my Herculean efforts.
If you’re looking for recommendations, I had fun exploring ten popular titles at Ruby Sweeps:
- Tree Bears
- Pool Party Ducky
- Gem Booster
- Big Bank Bingo
- Harvest Spins
- Pixie Riches
- Stars & Spins: Liberty Edition
- Voyage to Valhalla
- The Ruby Races (1,000x)
- Savannah Sunset
Player Reports
Here’s what actual players have to say about Ruby Sweeps Casino on TrustPilot and Reddit:

Reddit Opinion | |
App Store Rating | NA |
Google Play Rating | NA |
AskGamblers Resolved Complaints | Not Featured |
TrustPilot TrustScore
I saw that Ruby Sweeps has claimed but not verified their TrustPilot profile as of March 2024. They’ve responded to 92% of all negative reviews, and 66 of the 84 people who left a review gave them a 5-star rating. Satisfied users praise their daily bonus wheel and quick prize-outs.
Negative reviews center on delayed redemptions, unhelpful support agents, and what players view as “arbitrary” account deletions. One player claims they never received their SC referral bonus after getting their friends to sign up and make purchases, but all reviews are subjective.
Reddit Analysis
After combing through Ruby Sweeps’ TrustPilot profile, I hopped on Reddit to evaluate 20 more testimonials. Many players were shocked by how quickly prize redemptions reached their bank, but one user called attention to a security issue at Ruby Sweeps after getting a mistaken email.
Many players recently got an email from Ruby Sweeps stating that their latest redemption had been processed, even if they haven’t requested one. This understandably concerned players who got the message in error, but Ruby Sweeps issued an email apologizing for this “internal malfunction.”
📱 Mobile Apps & Play

---|---|
iOS (Apple) | ❌ |
Google Play (Android) | ❌ |
There’s no downloadable variant of Ruby Sweeps on iOS or Android, but I used Google Chrome on my iPhone 16 to play on their mobile website. They’ve optimized their games and menus for mobile browsers, but I had trouble using the back/forward buttons to jump between site headers.
A live chat button takes up most of the bottom part of the screen, and their menu sidebar is only accessible via the top-right corner. To give credit where it’s due, slots played well on my phone.
Their mobile website is fine for now, but if they add more games, it’ll quickly become a disaster. I’m normally not this nitpicky and unappreciative, but Ruby Sweeps needs to add search filters.
Ruby Sweeps Security & Safety Check

I did my homework on Ruby Sweeps, and I’m convinced they’re entirely legitimate despite their very obvious (and borderline unacceptable) shortcomings. They require all users to be 21 years old prior to joining, which differs from the normal 18+ age restriction imposed by social casinos.
They conduct KYC checks through Sumsub, where I was asked to take a real-time selfie before submitting proof of address. I was not required to upload a photocopy of my driver’s license and identification. My information and billing address were automatically verified within ten minutes.
KYC is mandatory before redeeming SC prizes at any social casino worth their salt. Lastly, their Responsible Social Gaming webpage indulges players with self-exclusion options, GC purchase limiters, and a dedicated self-assessment. Scam sites wouldn’t go to this length for their players.
Customer Support Experience
I was happy to enjoy live chat, email and ticket support at Ruby Sweeps, but I was disappointed after locating their customer service hours. Their support team responds to tickets and emails between 12:30 PM – 10 PM CST seven days a week.
I messaged support@rubysweeps.com twice via email and ticket, but I waited 7 to 8 hours for a response on both occasions.
Their live chat team is accessible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
I was able to get in touch with agents from 12:30 PM to 9 PM CST on Sundays. On Mondays, I got replies between 12:30 – 6 PM and 7:30 – 9 PM with a 90-minute break for representatives.
You can speak with someone between the hours of 12:30 PM – 9 PM on Tues., Wed., or Thurs.
Finally, their chat team is online between 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM CST on Fridays. When I did find
a matching contact window, I enjoyed prompt replies from competent live chat representatives.

Final Verdict
I enjoyed my time spent at Ruby Sweeps, but I wanted more than just 23 slots, a bingo game, and Aces High Stud after playing a few hours. They’re on the right track with dedicated live chat support and top notch giveaways, but they’re missing the games and tournaments that attract most new players.
Beginners will enjoy nearly immediate registration and KYC verification, so there’s something to be said for Ruby Sweeps as an introductory platform. I’m also a fan of their Daily Bonus, which can grant you up to 50,000 GC and 15 free Emeralds at the conclusion of one mysterious spin.
Ruby Sweeps is a great stepping stone for absolute beginners, but usability is their only claim to fame at the moment.
