The Money Factory is a somewhat unique sweepstakes casino that isn’t affiliated with any of the other major sites. It offers a compelling package of slots and table games, fast customer service, and generous welcome offers. Oh, and it also offers super-fast payouts courtesy of Skrill. On the downside, the interface feels a bit unintuitive, and it’s not the most attractive site.

The Money Factory Social Casino Overview

The Money Factory opened in 2024 with a solid collection of high-quality slots and significant sign-in bonuses for new players.

The site is somewhat unusual because it’s independently run and not connected to any other major brand.

Fortunately, they have a lot of the same games as the bigger sites thanks to slot developers like Pragmatic Play, EvoPlay, Hacksaw Gaming and more. The Money Factory also uses Caleta Gaming, which you won’t find on many other sweepstakes sites. There are over 1,000 slot games on the site and a sizable collection of table games, instant-win games and even live dealer games.

The online casino employs a dark theme with the ever-present golden dice logo featured prominently on most pages.

Live chat (powered by Intercom)  is the primary method for customer support on The Money Factory but you can also use email, which will take a bit longer.

Signing up for The Money Factory is straightforward and requires minimal KYC, but the site offers several security features, like 2FA, to lock down your account.

Finally the company is registered to The Money Factory LLC, which is based in the USA.

Here’s a look a quick look at some of the other key features of The Money Factory:

The Money Factory is on the high side of permitted states. Players from New York and Vermont sometimes have trouble finding sweeps casinos that will accept them, but The Money Factory currently accepts players from both states.

New players have plenty to be happy about at The Money Factory.

I received 15,000 GC + 3 SC just for signing up. That means I got a significant amount of coins just for providing my name, address, and email. That’s right around the industry average, if not slightly better.

the money factory welcome bonus
The Money Factory has a very decent no-deposit welcome bonus.

Even better, I could grab my daily log-in bonus of .2 free sweeps coins right away to add to my growing bankroll on the site. Unfortunately, .2 SC is somewhat on the low side for daily log-in. Overall, The Money Factory is actually on the sparse side for promotions.

The site does have a loyalty program but it is underdeveloped at this point. There are six tiers with a potential to win up to 50 SC but it’s difficult to earn XP over short gameplay. I played for an hour or so and only had 100 XP towards the 5000 XP required for mint status (the base tier). Here’s a look at the complete VIP program:

You won’t find any tournaments, races, or social media promotions at The Money Factory (at least not yet).

Fortunately The Money Factory makes up for it with some exceptional coin packages.

Coin Package Assessment

The money factory coin store
The Money Factory coin store. Note the value-packed special offers at the top.

The welcome offer at The Money Factory is something special. When I signed up for the site I was immediately hit with a first purchase offer for $7.99 that provided an outsized value of 32,000 GC + 32 SC. By my estimation the SC bonus alone is equivalent to 300%. There are very few – if any – sweeps casinos that can compete with that value.

It’s not just the one package either. You’ll see above there are two more special offers available right off the bat including:

$19.99 for 40,000 GC + 40 SC

$39.99 for 60,000 GC + 60 SC

When you add all those packages together you’re getting 60+ in free SC. Of course you don’t have to spend anything at all. The Money Factory is a social casino, which means it’s 100% free to play using Gold Coins. Gold Coins have no value but Sweeps Coins can be redeemed at a 1:1 ratio with USD when doing prize redemptions.

I noticed that the rest of The Money Factory packages are mostly 1:1 with USD. Therefore, $10 gets you 10,000 GC + 10 SC, etc. There aren’t really any surprises in the coin store, and you won’t get any extra value from buying the bigger Gold Coin packages, so buy whatever your budget allows.

At the end of the day, The Money Factory is extremely competitive regarding casino bonuses and currently ranks as our #1 value for new players. Here’s how it all shakes out compared to other major sites:

The Money Factory offers a standard selection of payment options.

They have the standard Mastercard and Visa credit card options as well as debit cards. The Money Factory goes one step further and offers Skrill buying coins.

It’s a decent assortment but you won’t find any of the more exotic options such as Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. They also do not support virtual currencies.

Redemptions are a little different on The Money Factory compared to most sites. The Money Factory only offers Skrill for redemptions. That approach has some pros and cons to it. First off, Skrill is very fast for redemptions and is usually at least twice as fast as traditional bank accounts.

Most users claim that The Money Factory tends to pay out in less than 24 hours. That was my experience as it took a little over 20 hours to get my redemption using Skrill. But that was during the week. It might take over 72 hours if you include the weekend.

The downside is that Skrill is the only way to redeem coins. If you don’t have or want a Skrill account, The Money Factory is not going to be your best bet. Hopefully, the site will add bank account transfers in the near future.

As with most sweeps sites, all Sweepstakes Coins must be played through at least 1x before they are eligible for redemptions.

The Money Factory offers an impressive library of casino-style games from some top providers, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Evoplay, 3 Oaks, and more.

I was able to find all my favorites including Sugar Rush 1000, Gates of Olympus, Fist of Destruction and more.

I had a great time playing Pragmatic’s Chests of Cai Shen. Check it out if you’re looking for an experience like Long Bao Bao at the casino.

The money factory volatility
The volatility is high on Chests of Cai Shen but so are the payouts.

For some reason, I was digging into the Pragmatic back catalog on The Money Factory and also found myself enjoying 888 Dragons. It’s a solid game if you want something with lower volatility.

Unfortunately you won’t find anything regarding tournaments or slot races at this time on The Money Factory. Sadly, we could not find any exclusive games either. Although Caleta games are somewhat rare so you won’t find those many other places.

The site lacks games from some well-known developers—Fantasma Games and Ruby Play come to mind—but it still has a solid game library to browse.

There are plenty of non-slot games to pick from on The Money Factory. Here’s a look at some of the other games available:

  • Instant Win
  • Plinko
  • Scratch Cards
  • Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Video Poker
  • Table
  • Live Dealer

I had a great time playing Plinko with multiple balls at once. The live tables (provided by Iconic21) are also solid. The hosts were cordial and made the games feel like an actual casino:

The money factory live tables
You can play with human dealers on The Money Factory, which really adds to the experience.

One area in which I have to dock points from The Money Factory is the overall interface and dashboard. Compared to some other sweeps sites, I found the gaming experience to be somewhat unintuitive and buggy.

Several times, I navigated to The Money Factory’s home page, and it was just blank (likely some sort of browser issue). I refreshed a couple of times and got it working.

I was also logged out for no reason several times. I also found it weird how the main site logo disappears when you are in game. It’s not a big deal (there’s a small back button in the lower rate) but I’m not used to having to find that button.

Finally, graphics and aesthetics will always be subjective but I found the look of The Money Factory to be dated. It reminds me of ‘90s websites and the logo itself could use a refresh. Here’s hoping for a new lookin in the near future.

Player Reports

The Money Factory has extremely positive reviews on Trustpilot and some decent experiences from the Reddit crowd as well. Here’s a peek at the general feeling about The Money Factory.

TrustPilot TrustScore

The Money Factory has one of the best scores from Trustpilot that I’ve ever seen for a sweeps casino. The site achieved 4.8 stars across 1,698 reviews when this article was originally published. That’s enough to put in some truly elite company with an “excellent” rating from Trustpilot.

What’s truly impressive about The Money Factory’s TrustScore is that it was generated over 1,698 reviews. Plenty of other sites have strong TrustScores, but quite often that’s only over a few hundred reviews. TrustPilot has also claimed its profile, answered complaints within two days, and even paid extra to post a company profile.

So, what do all those positive reviews say? They mostly praise the responsive customer service, value-jammed coin packages and the fast payouts. They also like the selection of games on the site.

What about negative reviews? It’s tough to find them but some people felt the RTP was a bit low on several games. There were also a couple issues with redemptions (but that’s common).

The biggest detractor on TrustPilot might be that many of the five-star reviews are extremely short and lack substance 🧐. What that means is debatable.

Reddit Analysis

It’s a bit of a different story on Reddit. There are only 30 posts on Reddit that refer to The Money Factory and they are more of a mixed bag.

There are naturally many discussions about redemption times and whether The Money Factory is a legitimate sweeps casino.

The Money Factory Casino App Availability
iOS (Apple)❌
Google Play (Android)❌

You won’t find a mobile app for The Money Factory on Google Play or the Apple App Store. Instead The Money Factory – like almost every sweeps casino – has opted to focus on in-browser play. This has a ton of advantages for players who prefer playing on a mobile device. For instance, you get access to your entire account and the complete game portfolio of The Money Factory on any device that can run a mobile browser.

Not every game runs perfectly on a mobile-sized screen. I loved my usual favorite slots but I found the live casino games to be slow and buggy. For navigation, I tended to stick to my recently played games or the search bar.

Here’s what The Money Factory looks like on my iPhone 15 Pro:

The Money Factory is a new entry in the sweepstakes casino world but it does have a couple significant features going for it.

First off it uses games from reputable developers like Pragmatic Play and Evoplay, which use certified RNG for the games.

Second of all, The Money Factory takes responsible gaming seriously with several tools for problem gamblers including The Vault, where you can lock up funds for a period of time. It’s easy and effective.

The Money Factory also uses two-factor authentication (2FA), which is one of the best ways to lock down your account and ensure that no one else can access your balance.

It also might help to know that The Money Factory’s parent company, The Money Factory LLC, is registered to 8 The Green, Unit #17655, Dover, DE 19901 USA.

Finally, The Money Factory websites SSL certificate is from Amazon. Most sites use Google Trust Services, but The Money Factory went with Jeff Bezos’ golden goose. That shouldn’t matter to players, as both services are highly regarded.

Customer Support Experience

The Money Factory gets high marks across the internet for its customer service and I can see why.

I found myself frequently clicking the live chat option from the sidebar and I was consistently impressed with how fast people answered.

Most of the time I got a response to my questions in under a minute. Sometimes it took a couple minutes but that was really the longest I had to wait.

The staff was courteous and helpful, making me feel comfortable reaching out to them for even smaller questions. It’s shocking how few sweeps sites get this right, so I have to give huge props to The Money Factory support team for their excellent live chat service.

Unfortunately, The Money Factory requires a purchase before you can use their live chat. I absolutely hate casinos that do this, and I firmly believe live chat should be a free service for all players.

I was surprised that there aren’t many other options besides live chat. You can email support, but a response will take longer. There is no FAQ on The Money Factory.

Personally I don’t mind those options missing on The Money Factory because the live chat is so compelling.

Final Verdict

I’m going to give The Money Factory a cautious recommendation at this point in time.

The site has a lot going for it with some of the best welcome offers you’ll find, tons of great games to play and ultra-responsive live chat support.

For most players that’s enough to clock into the factory and attempt to churn out some wins.

Personally the site felt a bit unfinished to me. It’s got some compelling features but the UI, graphics and navigation are rough. It also lacks support options, redemption payout options and navigation. Besides a very active Trustpilot profile, The Money Factory isn’t great about communicating with its customer base. You won’t find any social media channels that feature The Money Factory name, which is a bummer.

Still, despite my issues, it’s hard to ignore the above-average welcome offers and jam-packed roster of games. I think that if The Money Factory can make a few upgrades it could become one of the top sweepstakes casinos.
